a/n: most of this chapter is just present mic explaining the exam and stuff so feel free to skip it, the practical exam will be next chapter.

A few days after your heart-to-heart conversation with Todoroki, you managed to decide which school you're going to attend.

UA.

That is, if you manage to actually pass the entrance exams.

'Actually, when even are the entrance exams?'

Maybe you should ask Todoroki. I mean, you don't have his number for nothing.

Grabbing your phone, you open up a chat with him.

(name)

hey todoroki, do you know when the entrance exams for UA are on?

Now to wait.

You aren't really expecting hin to answer very quickly, considering he has to do lots and lots of training, but you most definitely wouldn't be complaining if he did reply early.

A quiet 'Ding!' comes from your phone.

'Wait. Already?'

You check your notifications, and it looks like he did manage to reply.

(name)

hey todoroki, do you know when the entrance exams for UA are on?

Todoroki

Hello (last name). Yes, they take place in a few days. More specifically this Monday.

'This Monday? Already??? I could've sworn it was in a few weeks...'

(name)

okay thank you for letting me know, bye!

Todoroki

That's OK, goodbye.

"This Monday..." you muttered to yourself, "if it's Thursday morning now, then that means I have...four days."

'Oh. Whoops, looks like I've already lost my sense of time.'

Well, it should be enough time to prepare, right? You haven't been sitting around doing nothing the past few months anyway, you have been actually training.

"Okay... four days. That should be enough time.." You say to yourself.

Its not that you're nervous about passing or anything like that. Obviously not. Haha.

'I should probably be making better use of my time right now...'

It's Friday morning, and you're planning to work on the academic stuff first.

You aren't particularly stupid... it's just, you were born in a whole different universe. So obviously, you're going to be a bit behind on the history and whatever they teach here.

You told Lilith this, and luckily, she decided to help.

Sitting on a beanbag in the living room, you watch as Lilith silently rolls in a big ass whiteboard from who knows where.

Without a word, she uncaps a marker and starts writing, her expression remains as neutral as ever.

"Let’s get this over with," she says, her tone flat but not unkind. "You’ve got only a few days, so pay attention."

You raise an eyebrow. "Where...where did that whiteboard come from..?"

Lilith doesn’t even blink. "It’s always been here," she replies, as if that’s a perfectly reasonable explanation, then starts writing down dates and terms.
