She was about to kill Dreykov, until the other Widows came in the room, giving him the chance to escape.
Natasha didn't want to hurt them, so she took it easy on them until Yelena could reach her. However, they soon overpowered her and even with all of her strength Natasha knew she wouldn't get out of the dogpile.
When she heard the antidote exploded over their heads, it cleared the girls' minds and they let her go. Natasha was expecting Yelena, but not Bruce as they both made their way towards her.
"Hey," Yelena said as she helped her up and handed her to Bruce, who softly hugged her to him and pressed his forehead to hers.
"I told you to stay with Melina," Natasha told him.
"She told me to find Yelena and help her find the antidote. I'm sorry, but your mother is scary," he said and let her go, then examined her nose. "Can I?"
She nodded and braced herself as he fixed her nose. Natasha groaned in pain when Yelena took the knife out of her shoulder a second later. Natasha looked at her sister, then Yelena said, "Sorry."
The redhead looked at the other girls, who all looked as confused as she did all of those years ago when she broke out of her programming.
"What do we do now," one of them asked in Russian.
"Get as far away from here as possible. You get to make your own choices now," Natasha told them in English. Then there was an explosion and the place shook as gravity took hold of the Red Room. "We gotta get outta here."
"We need to find Dreykov," Yelena said to Natasha as the other girls left. "Are you coming?"
"I'm right behind you," she told Yelena as she went to the desk, Bruce in tow. She turned to face him and said, "Bruce, I need you to find Melina and Alexei. They'll need the other guy."
He nodded and she kissed him briefly before he left. Natasha took the out the ring and desktop, getting the data transfer to take down the Red Room once and for all. Once that was done, she grabbed what she needed and ran out of the room, gabbing the last two vials of antidote before leaving.
She saw Antonia and got her out of the glass cage, trying to get her out of the line of fire as the place exploded as they ran. From a distance Natasha watched her sister kill Dreykov and his minions. She dove after her sister but heard a roar as the Hulk jumped and caught her, leaving Antonia to Natasha.
When both women were on the ground, Natasha waited until the other woman was close enough. She knocked off the helmet, then took out an antidote and smashed it. Antonia was free now.
Natasha got on the ground to make sure Antonia was okay.
"I'm sorry," Natasha quietly sobbed out.
"Is he gone," Antonia asked.
Natasha nodded, unable to hold back her tears.
They were all free now, and for the first time since she stepped into the new timeline Natasha was free.
