Tides { A Hayes Grier Fanfic}

First Day

I was awaken to the irritating sound of the alarm clock. It is 6:00. Uggggghhhhh!!!! I somehow convince myself to get out of bed. I roll out of the warm covers, making my way to the bathroom. I take out the bun in my hair, and my clothes and hop into the warm water waking myself up. I first shampoo my hair, wash my body, then rinse. Afterwards I condition my hair, and shave. After that i jump out of the shower and walk to my room. Even though its only fall, the weather will be chilly. I go to my dresser and pull out my black skinny jeans. I then walk over to my closet and grab my short sleeve grey crop top with a dark grey collar/ arm cuffs, and my red and black plaid quarter sleeve jacket. In 5 minutes all my clothes were on. Walking out of my room, i head to the bathroom. When  I reach the bathroom, I put my wet hair in a messy bun to get it out of my face. I then wash my face. I then start applying my makeup, which only consists of a little winged eyeliner, and mascara. I then take my hair out of the bun and dry it with my hair dryer, leaving it in loose curls. Walking back into my room, I put on my completely black hightop converse. After tying my shoes, i walk out of my room leading myself down the stairs into the kitchen, getting myself a small cup of bear naked granola. Going into the fridge I also get a small cup of milk. I go over to the table in the dining room and eat my breakfast. While sitting down, I go on my phone and check instagram. I have one new follower, Makayla. I follower her back and look at her page. It consists of her selfies, herself and friends, and what looks like a boyfriend. When i finish eating breakfast, I put my dirty dishes in the sink. Its now 7:54, so Makayla should be here at any time now. My dad came walking down the stairs with Ryelee. Just then there was a knock on the door. Opening the door I see Makayla standing there, "Here come on in, i just need to run upstairs and get my backpack." She walks in as I run upstairs getting my school bag. Going back downstairs i say goodbye to my dad. "Bye, have a good day at school squirt, see ya after school." "Okay, bye love you both."  I said kissing Ryelee on the head, then walking out the door. "Oh my goodness your sister is adorable! I have a baby sister too." "Oh sweet maybe they can becomes friends too." We walked to her car. I hopped into the front seat, noticing two boys in the back. One looked a little shorter than the other one. He had blonde hair that was standing up, and blue eyes. The other one had brown hair that swayed to the right, brown eyes, and good looking eyebrows. {haha :')} The brown haired one was really cute. They both just looked at me and smiled. "Alright guys this is Evalynn. She's the new girl i was telling you about yesterday." Makayla said talking to the guys. "Sup Evalynn. Im Jack." the blonde one said looking over at the brown haired kid. "Also hello Evalynn. Im Jack as well." the brown haired kid said looking back at the other Jack. I just looked at Makayla, and started laughing. "Wait so both of your names are Jack?" i asked. "Yeah!" they both said in sync. Wow thats really weird and cool at the same time. We left my drive way and jammed out to music on the rest of the ride to the school, which was like five minutes away. Its really nice knowing that i already have more than one friend, and I haven't even had my first day of school here yet. We pull into a parking spot, we got out and started walking into the school. Jack and Makayla, walked infront of me and Gilinsky. HOLDING HANDS?!?!?!? WHAT?!?!?! I think Jack G relized because he leaned down and said, "Hey thanks for coming, ever since they started talking like that I've kind of been a third wheel." Wait I'm confused are they dating or not. "So are they dating or...." i said trailing for him to answer my question. "No they're kind of just a 'thing'" he says using parenthesis. Is it weird I actually think i like Jack. Like a little more than just a friend. "Oh, she didn't tell me anything about that." i responded. Jack G and i had all of our classes together, Makayla and I have 3 classes, Jack J and I have 1 class. Its now 9 and the first bell rang. The first class I have is Chemistry, and its just Jack and I. 

~After School~

So the last bell just rang, and Gilinsky and I met Johnson and Makayla in front of the office. We saw them walking down the hall way and met up. Walking outside to the car Johnson sat in the front with Makayla driving, leaving Jack and I in the back. We dropped off the Jacks first. When saying goodbye we all exchanged numbers. I got out to go sit in the front when I seen Jack lean in. I look over at Gilinsky and we both have a huge grin on our faces. His grin is so cute!!!!! UGGHHH! why does he have to be so cute. "Oh my gosh." i get snapped out of my thoughts hearing Jacks voice. They just kissed!!! Oh my. We all officially said goodbye, and i got into the car. Makaylas face was so red. IM so happy for her, i can tell she really likes jack. I don't say anything i just smile at her. We ended up jamming out the rest of the way back to my house. I got out of her car saying goodbye, and walking inside. "How was your first day of school kid." My dad said walking out of the living room. "Oh it was actually okay. I have a total of three friends right now." i giggle. "Well thats good, got any homework?" he asked. "Yes, i actually do, I have Trig homework, so I'm going to go upstairs and do that." i said already starting to walk up the stairs. I walk into my room, and go to my desk. After about an hour my homework is finally finished. Its now 5:30, i go down stairs and eat dinner. By the time I'm done eating, I'm exhausted, i then go upstairs and go to bed.
