Hugo is really addicted to Sofia's lips.

“Kiss?” Prince Hugo whispers, holding her hand while sitting in the pews while listening to Princess Amber's Imperator talk. Sofia only smiles, kissing him softly. Hugo seems to just relax and enjoy the kiss before they both go back to watching.

“Kiss, please.” Hugo says, looking up at Amber before leaning down to get a kiss from his girlfriend. She smiles softly, feeling his hands reach her hips. She finally breaks the kiss, and Hugo licks his lips softly. (Maybe that should have been her first hint.)

“I want more, kiss.” He says, knowing Clio and Hildegard are watching. Sofia sighs, kissing him softly.

“In front of the girls?”

“You know that you’re mine and that I can kiss you when I want?”

“Yeah, yeah.” Princess Sofia says, sighing and walking off to continue her activities. Hugo licks his lips once more, savoring the taste of her chapstick on his mouth.

“Okay, you have a problem.” Sofia said when she walked into her bedroom that night.

“Oh?” The Prince says, his voice protective and questioning.

“You keep kissing me. For the- the past three weeks. What’s up with it?”

“I kiss you every other-“

“Every other week, right, but you’ve been kissing me more. Tell me Hugo, why is that?”

“Okay. Fine. Weird admission, your lips taste so good.”

“What?” The princess takes a second, wrapping her head around what her boyfriend said.

“You. Taste. Good. Your lips. They taste like something- I can’t put my name on the taste, but it is hell to me.”

“Cherry vanilla.” Sofia mutters, sitting next to him on the bed.

“Excuse me?”

“Cherry vanilla. That’s what my chapstick is flavored. Like- remember the Ice Cream we got on our first date? Way back when we were like, 15?”

“That’s the flavor, eh?”

“Mhm.”

“20 years later and it still tastes like hell.” Prince Hugo says, smiling as he steals another kiss from her.

This time, Sofia relaxes into the kiss and she lets his tongue slide across her lips.

For his birthday the next month, she buys him a cherry vanilla scented candle.
