The drive was quite long, but it flew by as she day-dreamed about Damon. She adored him with all her heart and he was her universe, she was a complete fan girl, his No.1 fan and saw him as her one true love. She was so lost in thoughts of him that she barely noticed that he had made it to the event already - camera lights flashing at the celebrities as they went in, the sparkling, outstanding dresses, suits and outfits they wore with their heads held high and the carpet they walked on was a beautiful cherry red. Yet, G still hadn't noticed the mistake in her attire for the event, she looked like she had put on the first thing she grabbed in her closet.

And before she knew it, it was her turn to walk the carpet. The paparazzi and camera's waited along the sides of new reporters and the presenter. Camera's and news microphones would be help up ready, to get picture and interviews with the new celebrity.

There was a moment of surprise for G, and hesitation to exit the limousine, but the driver would beat her to opening the door of the car. She quickly fixed herself a little, trying to get herself confident enough to step out of the car. The cameras were facing in her direction, and the presenter clearly ready to announce her entry and arrival. Yet there was no turning back now.

She set one foot out of the car, followed by the other before exiting the vechile completely and standing herself up straight, even through her awful posture. The presenter called out her name, which was usually followed by lights flashing, cameras clicking and interviews going insane for an interview, yet she was met with a moment of dead silence. She wasn't scared about this being her first reveal about what she looks like to the public, but the silence sent a shiver down her spine. She got stares from anyone and everyone around, a few whispers airing here and there from her seeming unprepared and so. But the crowd soon again abrupted in questions and conversations, calling her attire 'unique', 'exquisite', 'peculiar' and 'different' to all the others, they took is as her way of expressing what she was like, who she was, and that she wasn't like the rest, and maybe that wasn't so bad. Maybe it was better they didn't know she actually had no clue what she was going into.

She walked down the carpet proudly, the wrong assumptions of the crowd now boosting her confidence as she entered the main building of the event. The place where she would meet so many other amazing people. And most importantly. Damon.
