CHAPTER FOUR

Excuse me for a moment I have to go help a Friend Harper announced as she excused herself. Harper get's up from the couch and, follows Carly to the bathroom where Freddie is located.

I was this close to getting that dude's number Harper wined.

I could've dealt with this on my own Harper you didn't need to help Carly snapped. As, the two entered the bathroom Carly noticed that Freddie had vomit on his shirt and, was slouched over.

This is really unsettling Harper said as she looked at Freddie.

Poor Freddie, Carly said as she tried to move him. But Freddie just ends up crashing onto the bathroom titles.

Great now you're on the floor Carly groaned with frustration in her voice.

Is he still alive Harper joked.

Carly angrily turned around and, glared at Harper. Are you going to help me or not Carly ordered.

I'm sorry, yes I'll help you Harper said as she walked over to help Carly.

Both girls ended up picking Freddie up off the floor and, carrying him to Carly and, Freddie's bedroom. The girls gently laid Freddie onto the bed then Carly walked over to the closet and, pulled out a new shirt for Freddie.

Do you have it from here or can I leave Harper asked?

Get out you've helped enough Carly snapped.

Carly what's going on why are you mad at me Harper asked?

I'm sorry, I'm not really angry with you I'm angry at him Carly said as she points to Freddie.

You really should calm down this could trigger an, asthma attack Harper explained.

I know it's just I hate seeing him this way I just want his bubbly self-back Carly said as her voice cracked.

You deserve to relax and party, Harper said.

This party was more for Millicent then for me Carly explained. I'm glad she's enjoying being with her friends.

Harper takes Carly's hand as she's about to put a new shirt on Freddie.

Come on, let's go party Harper offered as she tries to pull Carly away from Freddie.

I can't leave him soild in his own vomit that's just cruel Carly said.

He put himself in that mess, he made his bed and, now he needs to lay in it Harper replied.

Carly looks back at Freddie before deciding that she should join the party. Maybe you're right Harper Carly replied as she agreed to party with her.

Yay, let's party Harper beamed with joy as she yanked Carly.

I'll come back for you Freddie Carly screamed as Harper dragged her out of the room.

Later on that night as the party went on Harper was chatting up a dude she was interested in earlier. While Carly was stuffing her face with chocolate fondue, Millicent walks up to Carly noticing that she looks disheveled and, stressed.

Hey, what's going on you look exhausted Millicent asked?

I'm this close to strangling your father, Carly snapped.

What did the moron do now Millicent said as she was willing to go to war for Carly.

He's drunk and, passed out in the bedroom and, covered in his own vomit Carly said as she continued dipping strawberries into the chocolate fondue.

That's depressing, and embarrassing where did he gain access to alcohol Millicent asked out of concern?

He likely went to a bar when I kicked him out Carly explained.

Speaking of alcohol, I'm going to dump what we got left down the drain so the idiot won't drink in the morning Millicent said as she walks over to the fridge.

Stop calling him names Millicent Carly yelled!

Oh, come on you seriously can't be offended he's my dad, I'll call him what I want Millicent snapped.

He's having a really rough time right now we need to be supportive Carly explained.

Yeah, and I'm helping him by dumping the left over alcohol down the drain Millicent said as she pulled out the last three beer bottles.

Well, you can help him with out calling him names Carly yelled!

Dad's being irresponsible and, you know that those names are rightfully deserved and, I'm tired of seeing him this way Millicent shouted back!
