Tired

Scar's pov:

After I said goodbye to Cuteguy I heard my band beep. I looked at it and I only had 2 marks left. "Hopefully I make it home." I quickly jump onto the roof and make my way towards my house. I land on the balcony and immediately detransform due to the 5 minute limit. Jellie appears next to me on the chair I have.

"Well done, maybe next time let me finish talking before you transform." She says smirking at me. (Idk how but these cats for some reason smirk)

I scratch the back of my next and say, "ha, yeah. At least Cuteguy was able to help me."

"Thank goodness for that." Jellie says jumping off the chair motioning for the trap door leading to my bedroom. I open it letting her go down first and then follow. " so... what do you think of Cuteguy." Jellie asks playing with a color pencil.

"He's interesting. He really needs to learn to be more self confident." I say grabbing my laptop since I never did get to that homework. As I open it I find myself unable to read it and become extremely tired.

"Dang, that fight took a lot out of me." I say yawning in my sentence.

"That's the affect of using your cataclysm. It'll get better with time but for now you'll be extremely exhausted after using it." Jellie says also yawning. "Can I have some food before you sleep?" Jellie asks curling into a ball on my desk.

"I don't really have cat food." I say smiling at how cute Jellie is being.

"You have a bakery right? Can I get something sweet? Catawamis don't necessarily need cat food."

"Sure." I say getting up from my chair heading down the stairs. I walk down the stairs and see the door of the bakery close and my parents grabbing the keys to lock up.

"Honey did you see that dangerous robot!" My mom said pointing to the tv as she fiddles with the lock of the door.

"I tried calling for you but you didn't answer." My dad said pulling me into a bear hug. I giggle and say,

"Sorry I was listening to music while doing homework. I didn't hear about the robot till a few minutes ago." I say lying which always made me feel bad.

"Have some food dear, you must be hungry after all that homework." My mom says motioning for the pastries in the back as she flips the open sign to close.

"Thanks ma." I say taking some pastries for both me and jellie.

Grian's pov:

I flew off after defeating the robot with Hotguy. I look at my band and see one minute left, I quickly look around and still don't see my house. I decide to land nearby and ask Maui what to do.

"Rest." I say my body sparkling again and my cute outfit turning into my regular red jumper with gray sweatpants. Maui appears looking tired.

"Good job kid. But this doesn't look like your room?" Maui says looking around.

"It's not, but I can't get back if I can't fly." I say feeling a wave of tiredness hit me. "dang that lucky charm took a number of me." I say yawning and rubbing my eye.

"That's what happens, it'll get better when you do it more."

"Again! I barely defeated that thing. I'd be dead if not for... Hotguy." I say blushing thinking about the handsome and kind superhero.

"So you like him huh?" Maui says smirking.

"No! He sure does live up to the name though." I say blushing more and mumbling the last part.

"Anyways, you and Hotguy are partners. So of course without him you'd be dead." Maui says yawning as well. "I need food in order to transform you again."

"Where do I get that!" I ask looking around the alley. Just then I spot a bakery that I saw on my way to school. "Oh a bakery!" I say pointing so Maui could see it. It was a bakery called London garden. I carefully walk across the street patting my pocket to make sure my wallet was in there. 

"Stay out here." I say to Maui motioning to the side.

"Fine, just get me cheese." He says sitting down.

I open the bakery door and hear a chime, the place was very nature loving and gave off a very calm vibe. A husband and wife stand at the counter and smile at me as I walk in. I look at all the delicious pastries in the display case and decide to get a scone for myself and cheese for Maui.

"Thank you." I say handing my money over to pay. The woman stops me and says,

"Oh you don't need to pay dear, it's on the house." I stand their shocked,

"Are you sure? I'm more than happy to pay." The woman just kindly shakes her head and smiles at me. I give a warm smile back remembering the similar smile my pa used to give me (a/n REN is Pa, and Doc is Father).

I walk out of the stop hearing the sounds of stairs creaking as I close the door with another chime. I sigh once I close the door but quickly bury my feelings again. 

"Here ya go Maui." I say giving him cheese. I eat my scone as we walk back to the alley way. It was incredibly delicious and knew this was my new favorite bakery. I finish my scone and look down at Maui to see him sleeping.

"Ugh! I'm sleepy to, but we have to get home." I say yawning and bending down to shake Maui. "Maui wake uppppp." I say shaking him more. He jolts up and glares at me,

"I was sleeping."

"Yeah in an alley." I say glaring back at him.

"Just transform." He says yawning again.

"Shotgun!" I say transforming into my cute persona. I launch myself onto a roof and fly towards the school so I can retrace my steps.

Once home.

I finally saw my house after Flying for 10 minutes. I glide into the window and straight into my bed.

"Rest." I say tiredly as I detransform. I lazily close my eyes as I drift off to sleep.

Yo sorry for the long wait I'm balancing two stories and am trying to get them out at the same times. And because I'm me I keep writing stuff at like 11 pm and I have to get back to going to sleep at 9:30 pm. Pray for me.
