"If I see that day...  Maybe I'll return...  Dressed in white...  a gleaming sword at my side...  A Divine Dragon like you...  ready to save the world..."

Those were Alear's last words before she fell into a deep slumber...

Those were her dreams she desired...

Oh how much she wanted to see her mother again...  Even her little sister Veyle who she couldn't see again...

Or...  Or so she thought...

...

"Hnnngg...  Huh...?"

Alear's eyes opened as she saw two children both with grey hair tied in braids -she believed that they are twins-, as she sees them with a shocked expression.

"Are you really awake?!"  The female presumable twin asks, sounding shock.

"Umm... You are?"  Alear asks, sounding almost like a child who doesn't know what is going on.

"No way..."  They both said in unison.

They both looked at each other.  And their shocked expressions changed into excitement as they said something that had incredibly surprised Alear.

"THE DIVINE DRAGON IS AWAKE!!!"

This completely shook Alear.  She wanted to ask more, but they all ran off somewhere.  Probably informing the one in charge of this place.

But there was a question looming over the "Divine Dragon's" thoughts.  What did they mean when they called her a Divine Dragon?  She is a Fell Dragon so...  How?

She then quickly realized how her hair was now blue at some parts.  What has been going on over the past few years?  Scratch that, she probably was asleep for more than a thousand years after the fatal wound she had experienced.  She also came to note that she now wore white armor.  So, her mother did keep her promise.  Thinking back, what has her mother been up to?

As she stood up, she looked at her hand where a ring was placed.  Her eyes widened; this was the Hero King's ring.  So she still wore it after all this time.

"What's all the ruckus about you two?"

She heard a deep male voice coming from an old man's.  In front of her was someone who looked like a knight.  His expression then changed into a shock expression.

"The Divine Dragon Alear?!  To think I would live to see that day."

Alear wanted to ask regarding about the whole "Divine Dragon" thing.  But it frightened her thinking what they would do to her if they knew she was a Fell Dragon.  So she played along for now.

"Um, not to be rude but, may I ask your name sir?"  She asks, still sounding almost like a child.

To be fair, after having NO CHILDHOOD for more than thousands of years, it would only be natural for her to act a little bit like one.

"Ah, my apologize, I am Vander, the 32nd Steward of the Dragon."

So, he was like her retainer, or something based on his title?  Alear guessed in her thoughts.

"I'm Clanne, and this is my twin sister Framme.  We're both the 33rd Stewards of the dragon.  Its an honor to finally meet you Divine One."

So, they were his successors then.

"Its nice to meet you too Sir Vander, Clanne, Framme."  Alear says politley.  She didn't have to be so formal, but she wanted to be respectful.

"You needn't have to be formal Divine One.  You can simply call me Vander."  He says.

"Oh...  alright.  Might I ask, how long have I been asleep?"

"You've been asleep for a thousand years according to Vander."  Framme says.  "We all have been waiting forever for you to wake up after generations!"

A thousand years huh?  As expected after the wound she had gotten from her ex-father.  Wait, how has her mother been fairing?

"I see...  What has become of my mother?"

"Of course, your mother- Queen Lumera- has been waiting for the past thousands of years for your awakening.  She should be at Lythos castle as of now."

"So she's back at Lythos Castle...  Can I see her?"

"Of course.  It has been years since you have seen your mother."

As they exited the floating island called the Sommniel, she begins to wonder...

Why was she called the Divine Dragon?  She definitely needed to ask her mother about it.
