Oh how he had the biggest fattest juiciest crush on you.
Tanjiro Kamado's heart was stolen, he's had small little crushes here and there but when he looks at you, his heart practically stops in its place, only beating again when you talk to him.
He doesn't feel nervous around you, at least not often. He feels secure, loved, at ease, comfortable, relaxed, fuzzy, soft, gooey, warm, the list can go on..
"Hey 'jiro! I made some cake for you! You told me you were craving it the other day, and I thought I wou-"
"I'm in love with you!"
"Wait what?!"
He seems surprised by his own outburst, red in the face and eyes staring into yours. His shoulders are practically to his ears, and you can't deny his state is absolutely adorable.
"I would love to have you as my partner! I love you!" Tanjiro shouts, his eyes closed now, awaiting your answer.
"Tanjiro, sweetie, I love you too. Why do you look so nervous? You never act like this, sweet boy." You smile.
He opens his eyes and as soon as he does you pull him into a tight hug, feeling him relax instantly in your arms.
(He also feels a bit embarrassed by your affectionate words, but he's decided he'll keep that to himself for now...)
