"Beautiful you have to let me help you. His inputs take a lot of time to redo and complete." Mew whined at Gulf over the phone call. They had 3 more days for the next meeting and Bright had a long list of changes he wanted covered by then. Gulf's ego made him blind to Mew's concerns. He rejected my ideas! How dare...does he think he is the only smart one here? Sustainable and showing culture! I will shove it in his face! Gulf thought as he worked non stop cooped up in his office to finish the presentation.

"I can handle it Mew. You already have multiple things piled up already." Gulf spoke as he continued to type the details for the project.

"I think we have to inform our dads. Or maybe we can contact Mr.Iamkajorn directly-" Mew suggested.

"Don't Mew! This is on us. To test our capabilities. We cannot go to them all the time. And how will it look if we went to Win's dad without telling him? It could cost us this client and my dad's company is not in the state to have another loss again." Gulf was firm about his decision.

"Hmm..." Mew just agreed.

"What happened?" Gulf sighed and asked softly.

"I-i feel restless beautiful. I am scared that you will shut me out because of him." Mew said with all honesty. "I was so excited about our weekend outing and looking forward to have more dates with you. But it's just been work and more work for both of us and he is here too. Don't push me away. Just speak to me whatever you feel like. Know that I am with you." Mew added. He needed reassurance. Gulf teared up a little.

"I know Mew. May be I am this sane because I know you are with me. But I have to get through this...this project. Many employees lives depend on this deal. I have to keep my anger and worry aside. We will go on a date as soon as we can. Okie?" Mew was a God sent gift to Gulf but it was so difficult to match to Mew's feelings.

Gulf's quick corrections and suggested ideas impressed Bright immensely over the 3 more meetings in a month. He also enjoyed the meetings more as it was presentations from Gulf and the annoying Mew was not there to bother them.

It was going good till almost the end of the meeting when Bright suggested to go out for lunch.

"This is good progress Gulf. We can start with the groundwork at the site from next week in Chiang Mai. Let's celebrate this. Let me take you to lunch today." Even though Win was in the room Gulf felt that the invite was extended only to him. Bright had tried to talk to Gulf before this as well. But Gulf cut all the conversations at the root.

"I have plans. You guys carry on." Gulf said curtly.

"I know a restaurant which serves good spicy pork." Bright suggested.

"Which part of 'I have plans' didn't you understand?" Gulf retorted.

"Oooh fiesty! I am liking this sass on you Gulf." Bright smirked.

"Whatever Vachirawit. My boyfriend will be picking me. We have plans." Gulf tried to show off his happy life. Mew was not even in town. He didn't have to know! But look at him flirting even after putting me through hell for six years. Bastard! Gulf scolded his ex in mind.

"Okie then Gulf, bye...Brightie take me to my favourite restaurant. I am hungry." Win said as he went next to Bright and fixed his lapels while standing way too close according to Gulf.

Gulf cleared his throat said a small bye to Win and stomped out the room as fast as could.

"Bro! What the hell?! I am trying to make him talk to me. Why would you do this? He will push me further away." Bright huffed and pushed Win aside.
