The Chronology Of The Human Race

It really is remarkable how badly we have construed the human condition. I do not use prehuman condition, in this case, because I am delving into sentient reality.

Let's see if I can reconstruct the sequence of events from the view of a sentient reality.

A. We started to walk on two legs.

B. We learned to communicate in a much more sophisticated manner than any life form before.

C. Somewhere along the line, we realized that there was something not right about coitus.

    1. My guess is that came first, by a few tens of thousand of years.

    2. It became significant with humans

      a. We looked each other in the eye during engagement in coitus.

      b. We could have sex all of the time.

      c. It became clear that women were not sharing equally in the pleasure.

D. With our new ability to communicate, we avoided the subject of sex.

    1. It bothered us and we didn't want to consider it at all.

      a. We certainly didn't want to talk about it.

   2. Can you see how that leads us right down to today?

E. Because of D, we were at a loss. It made it all seem crazy.

   1. We didn't want to talk about it.

      a. Especially men.

   2. Some just couldn't keep their mouths shut.

   3. Explanations were required.

      a. Pandora's Box and The Garden Of Eden were written in the West.

         1) Pandora's Box exposed the problem but no solution was available at the time.

            a) Only the hope remaining in the box for some future date.

           b) That was not enough, so

        2) The Garden Of Eden resolved it by blaming women and cursing sentience.

      b. "Save Face" was adopted in the East.

      c. From here, I will concentrate on the West.

          1) It was declared that sex was just for making babies.

              a) This officially alleviated the need for sex as a form of love.

              b) It also rid the women of the need to have unsatisfying sex.

1; That did not work well for men

2; The war of the sexes was initiated

   3. In other words, we adopted the animal's view of sex.

              a. And, yet, we couldn't commit to it

                    1) It began to shred everything regarding a sentient existence

               b. A stupour formed

                      1) We could not admit, as Pandora's Box explained, that hope was left in the box.

                               a) It was not enough

                               b) We needed sex to stay extant as a race
