The scene starts as it shows phantom storm visiting the three v's and giving them insturctions.
-V's Tower-
Phantom Storm: Alright velvette, valentino and valentina I need you three to just announce your allegiance to me and my empire while also watching the battle from both vox and vexa's live broadcast of the fight against adam and his exorcist army. Vox, Vexa, you both are to broadcast the fight throughout all the 7 rings of hell.
Vox and Vexa: Right.
Phantom Strom: All the preparations are nearly complete so let's make this a fight to battle to remember.
Phantom Storm then leaves v tower as the v's announce their allegiance to phantom storm and his empire using vox tech. Phantom then arrives back at charlie's hotel and see's charlie and vaggie.
-Hazbin Hotel-
Charlie: (sigh) I wish my mom was here to see this.
Vaggie: The cannibals seem ready to fight. Are we?.
Sir pentious then bursts out of the hotel entrance doors while wearing a general's uniform.
Sir Pentious: Fear not damsels. I shall have the staff ready for victorious combat.
Vaggie: What in the hell are you supposed to be?.
Sir Pentious: General pentious reporting for duty. I'll turn those rapscallions into soldiers in no time at all.
Charlie: Thank you pen.
Phantom Storm: Gotta admit Pentious that general's uniform really suits you.
Nifty suddenly appeared.
Nifty: What can I do to help?.
Sir Pentious: I'm glad you asked soldier. The base needs fortifications. Reinforce the southern wall, create a mote around the perimeter to stop a ground assault.
Nifty blinks her in confusion.
Charlie: How about this if you see an angel stab it.
Charlie gives nifty an angelic steel knife
Nifty: Oooh. (evil giggling)
Nifty then looks at angel dust
Nifty: Stab, stab, stab.
Nifty then proceeds to run attack him.
Angel Dust: (scared) Hey, hey, hey.
Angel dust climbs up a pole to get out of nifty's reach as charlie calls for nifty to stop.
Charlie: (offscreen) Not him.
Nifty then proceeds to run around while holding the angelic steel knife and angel dust climbs back down from the pole and joins up with charlie and the others.
Vaggie: Listen up sinners we have 24 hours before the extermination begins. Let's get to work.
The scene then changes to show both Vox and vexa as they watch the training and preparations of charlie and everyone else.
-V Tower, Vox Basement-
Vox: I wonder how phantom storm is going to fight in the battle along with those other humans he brought.
Vexa: (smiles) Oh trust me brother they will give you and all of hell a good fight to watch in fact I heard after this phantom storm is planning to create two different armies from both heaven and hell for his empire's army after the battle with adam and his exorcist army.
Vox: (intrigued) Really what will they be like?.
Vexa: Sorry brother but that's a surprise I won't spoil.
