The story begins with phantom storm's Narration then changes to the show.

Phantom Storm Narration: The originverse and the prime worlds within it including mine are in danger. To save them and the originverse we must ban together and combine the other prime worlds with my own and work together to defeat the lord of corrupted darkness and his army of warriors of corrupted darkness. It is my mission to defeat the lord of corrupted darkness and his forces of corrupted darkness. And those I meet along the way join me in my crusade. Move out team.
The scene begins the day after phantom storm's trip to villain adam's palace as he's preparing the the calling card for villain adam so his treasure can appear in adam's palace inside his castle then the scene switches to inside charlie's hotel and shows vaggi waking up in her and charlie's bed.
-Hazbin Hotel, Charlie and Vaggie's Room-
Vaggie: (yawn) Charlie?.
The scene then switches to vaggie running downstairs and joining everyone else who's awake and looking at charlie as she goes over her plans and ideas on a to redeem sinners that are on a board and have pins with strings on them.
Charlie: (half crazy and wide awake) Okay think charlie. Think, think, think. Okay if we do this (gasp) then have trust falls every single morning we can do.
Angel Dust: Yikes!.
Charlie: (moving a pin with string on it) Come on, come on, come on charlie.
Vaggie: Charlie. Sweety. You uh, you good?.
Charlie: (looks at everyone) Nope not really. Haha. I've been up all night trying to figure out why the hotel isn't working. We've done trust falls. We've tried sharing our feelings. We only have a couple months left before the angels come. (crazy laughter). And at this rate.
Vaggie: Maybe it's time.
Charlie: No.
Vaggie: To ask.
Charlie: Don't say it.
Vaggie: Your mother.
Charlie: (groans in frustration).
Vaggie: Charlie I know you don't want to but we need every advantage we can get.
Charlie: She let the extermination happen to begin with. They just had a meeting and said go ahead and kill everyone. (gasps) Wait that's it.
Vaggie: Kill everyone.
Charlie: No she could get me a meeting with heaven.
Vaggie: Didn't we already try that.
Charlie: Well yeah with adam he was an asshole. But he isn't in charge of all of heaven. We could go to the the top. There's sure to be some angels who will listen.
Charlie takes out her hellphone and scrolls down to her mother's number but is hesitant to call her mother.
Husk: what's the holdup you got Mommy issues?.
Charlie: No we just have never been close after my mom lilith disappeared, she never wanted to see me. She calls sometimes but only if she's bored or needs me to do something.
Husk: Mommy issues.
Angel Dust: Well I'd like to meet the big tits in charge.
Nifty: The ultimate bad girl. (evil laughter). I bet she's scary.
