SHE'S WHAT!?

It was a beautiful day in Home Sweet Home if anyone could tell. All the Smiling Critters were out and about, doing what they do best! S-M-I-L-E EVERYDAY! They're never tired of it...but...
When they all gathered after having a moment of peace...they noticed their new friend was missing.
Krushy.

Hoppy held the soccer ball that her and Kickin played with under her arm.

⚡: Where's Krushy? She's been gone for a whole week!

🕶: If not more-

He managed to squeeze in before Hoppy hit his arm. CraftyCorn nodded in agreement.

🌈: Ah yes! I invited her to draw with me a few days back by giving her a letter, but she never came!

❤: Why a letter?

🌈: Because last I've heard, she was in her room, and when I tried to get inside, the door was locked! I had to slide the letter under her door because she wouldn't respond!

There was a moment of silence, but DogDay wasn't having it. He stepped in front of his friends and spoke.

☀️: She can't hide away forever! Not my Angel! Let's go.

He said with glee and started to walk, the others hesitated, but followed behind him. Hoppy on the other hand, was pretty chill about the situation, assuming that she was perfectly fine nonetheless, though she might've just been hiding her worry since Krushy was a good friend of hers. Bubba immediately caught up to walk besides DogDay, seeming troubled.

💡: What do you mean "Let's go."!? Do you know how long she's been gone for, and you just want to pop up at her house now out of all times!?

☀️: Might as well! It will just be a surprise!

After his response, Bubba stepped in front of him and grabbed him by his shoulders, shaking him with a bit of force.

💡: What surprise will it be to her if we just came to her house and spook her because we didn't tell her beforehand!? Don't you think you're acting a bit irrational!? Shouldn't we just leave her be!?

He raised his voice, but DogDay only gave him a warm smile, gently moving Bubba's arms away from his shoulders.

☀️: I'm doing this because she needs us. If she's too bothered, we'll leave her be, but she can't stay hidden like that forever. Any friend of mine shouldn't isolate themselves like that. There's something wrong. And I want to help fix the problem.

He reassured the elephant, who had no power left to argue when the canine continued walking, the others following behind him. Bubba decided to follow as well. CatNap, who was just waking from his sleep in a tree, noticed the commotion happening nearby, and couldn't help but quickly follow as well.

They had finally arrived at Krushy's house, immediately noticing the closed curtains and the quiet atmosphere. Hoppy's ears flopped down in front of her face, in which she gently moves it back, wincing and sighing roughly after staring at the door for a couple of seconds.

⚡: Jeez. How long have she been like this?

💡: No telling. Who knows if it's been longer than a week and we've just been slow on catching up.
