Prologue
In what looks like a shed, a bunch of chickens were seen everywhere whereas they were clucking and barely clucking. Suddenly, the shed door opens revealing a man wearing a sweater that covered his face walking in as he scattered the chicken to grab one.
As he grabbed one chicken, he held it by its neck and legs and shushed it to calm down. After the chicken struggles to become free, the man snaps its neck, killing it.
The man then takes the dead chicken over to a machine that had the Umbrella Corporation logo on it. The man puts it in the machine as he pushes a button.
The scenes start showing dead and skinned chickens as they start getting made into chicken nuggets. However, they were getting made with someone using a blue vial known as the T-Virus.
The next scenes start showing deep fryer made chicken nuggets being put into boxes as one chicken nugget showed a little bit of black stuff in it was also put into a box. The chicken nugget with black stuff in it was a nugget with the T-Virus in it.
The next scene shows the box of chicken nuggets being delivered to a elementary school as a cafeteria lady unboxes the box of chicken nuggets and puts them into a deep fryer, one chicken nugget being the virus nugget.
The next scene shows the cafeteria lady putting the chicken nuggets on a plastic tray as one girl named Shelly Linker got her tray of chicken nuggets as she sat down at a table and she ate one of the chicken nuggets, that chicken nugget being the virus nugget.
Around the same time in an unknown underground facility, some Umbrella Corporation scientists are running down the pipe hallways from something.
But one by one, the scientists are taken by an unidentified creature. Leaving only two scientists Dr. Todd Carmack and Dr. Patricia Tallman alive as they continue running from the creature.
As Patricia falls down to the ground, Dr. Carmack makes it to his office as he starts unlocking it.
Patricia starts running to him as she yelled. "DR. CARMACK! DR. CARMACK! DR. CARMACK!"
Carmack makes into his office already as he starts putting in his code to close the door fully. As the door closes, Patricia makes it to the door, but her arm only gets through as the door started to slowly cut her arm off.
Suddenly, a roar came from the outside as Patricia was pulled up in the air and her arm fully cut off. Carmack could hear her screaming in agony and Carmack rushed to his computer to send a distress call as his door was getting burst into by the creature outside.
Carmack gets his computer going to send the distress call. "This is Dr. Carmack, Classified Research, Olduvai ID 6-6-2-7."
The doors almost get broken through as he Carmack continued. "We've had a level-5 breach. The Tyrant Virus has spread through the air and sewer systems. Implement public evacuation immediately. Implement public evacuation now!"
Dr. Carmack turns back to the doors as it fully gets burst open, revealing a creature with a red huge eye on its left arm.

The very next morning, inside the child room that belonged to 28 year old Clint Hadson, was sleeping on his bed with a book that he was writing as his radio alarm went off with a voice speaking. "It's a beautiful day in Chicago today. Temperatures expected to reach the upper 80s. In recent news, a health advisory was reported from happy poultry farms. Now, they're telling us that they're issuing a full recall for their precooked chicken tenders and also their buffalo chicken tenders. Now this only applies to the chicken that was packaged on Friday and delivered to suburbs such as Fort Chicken and Danville..."
