Chapter 18: トゥー・ハート [Two hearts]

Yamaguchi:

I looked into Tsukki's eyes, his magestic yellow irises looked back into mine as I realized that this was real. This wasn't one of my fantasies I imagine in my head, this was very real. And I couldn't help but glance down at his lips, they looked so soft and kissable but I quickly shook that thought off and forced myself to look back up at him and maintain eye contact. 

And then.

"Yams.."

"Yeah Tsukki?"

"Can- Can I please kiss you?"

My heart skipped many beats in that moment and I looked at the sincerety in his expression, Tsukki wasn't known for being very expressive but he was known for being honest and I just hope he doesn't regret any of this. But thats something for future me to overthink about. For now, all that matters was the handsome boy standing infront of me.

I gently nodded in return, getting up onto my tiptoes and closing the distance between our faces. And then, for the first time in a really, really long time... I felt beautiful. Our lips interlocked, a gentle kiss that made me feel like my heart was going to burst out of my chest and fly away, the butterflies in my stomach flapped around like crazy when Tsukki made contact with my waist, pulling me closer to him.

We both pulled back for a moment and I dragged my pupils up to look at him, my cheeks definetly really flushed. This was everything, in this moment, nothing could be better and I'm so excited to build my relationship with Tsukki, build my life.

Two hearts,

Shall both of which be shattered.

Shall both of which heal.

And two hearts,

Together.
