"Do I look like a joke to you?!" he bit out with a deep growl, holding my neck in a tight yet gentle grasp, making my breath catch in my throat.
Unknowingly, my tiny hands reached for his hand around my neck. One thing was obvious, Jungkook was enraged. The way he was glancing, fuming, intense gazes and a deep curve in his stern brows could make anyone terrified to their core.
"Where are you looking? Look into my eyes when I talk to you! What do you think of yourself?! Huh! Ignoring my calls and messages, running away whenever I asked for your presence. Does this all look like a game to you, Miss Kim?" He gritted through his teeth. Every word held toxins that shot directly into my heart, digging a deep pit, and making it unbearable to keep up myself.
I couldn't help but burst into tears and shook my head at him that I didn't mean that. How foolish of me to think that he wouldn't find out how much I was trying to ignore him just because I was frightened.
So scared to know what I was to him.
"J-Jungkook-k I-" I attempted to explain in my scattered, desperate voice but he cut me off with his deeply masculine, authoritative voice.
