"You hardly know me."

"I don't think you believe that." He said.

That statement made m pause. He had to know a lot. Between the bathroom being stocked the way it is, my clothes in the correct order, the house by the water, my cat.

He knew a lot.

I chose to ignore that claim and move on with my questions.

"Why not just ask me out?" I asked him.

For the first time his sexy arrogant posture sunk in a little, showing some vulnerability that maybe he didn't want me to see. His eyes moved from mine, looking over almost behind me before meeting mine again.

"A woman like you deserves a certain kind of man."

"And you're that kind of man?"

"I want to be." He said, making me tilt my head. "I thought about simply asking you out. But then..." And his eyes turned dark before he closed them to clear his thoat and shake whatever dark thought he had. "You started dating that...guy."

"Ahh, yes...."

"He was shit." He spat at me. "I couldn't believe you lowered yourself for a man like that. He couldn't even please you properly."

Which was true. Daniel had a certain...selfishness about him. I absolutely stayed with him far to long.

"Okay then...a..." I paused, "How did you know that?"

"I watched." He said. "Each time you two fumbled into your little apartment, he wouldn't even take his time to warm you up. Spitting on his hand, how disgusting."

"You....watched?"

He then grinned, standing to grab a remote from the TV, turning it on to see cameras that were all playing replays of moments I was in my apartment. One of them specifically of my bedroom playing a particularly bad night. The night that I decided was the last time I would ever see Daniel.

"When I saw this I wanted to kill him." He told me. We then both watched as I tried to get out from under Daniel. He was a large man, and stronger than I was at that time. I did not want to have sex that night, but he did and you could tell that from the video we were watching.

"I don't want to watch this." I told him.

He turned it off and turned towards me. "I'm glad it didn't escalate. But I was so angry at you for choosing him."

"Over who, he actually asked me out? He was nice...at first."

"Who am I to interfere with your dating life?" He said.

"Sure. Kidnapping is fine, drugging someone is fine, but the dating life...that really crosses a line." I mocked him.

He laughed. "Well, I knew after that, there would be no other person good enough for you."

"Oh, so you think you're good enough for me?"

"Yes." He replied, as if it was known. "I just need to prove it to you."

"You're doing one hell of a job so far." I sarcastically smiled at him.

"It's the first day. You will learn." The look he gave me, his eyes narrowed and darkened but lustfully, gave me a thrill. I had to squeeze my legs a little tighter, to ease a small ache that started to grow.

"How did you get the camera's in my apartment? How Long have they been there?"

"Same time." He said. "Just after that Halloween party. I wanted to be sure you were safe, happy. You were working on a special project with Mr. Kim and flew somewhere with him. I knew you asked Carmen to watch Wednesday, and when she was there I pretended to be a maintenance man for your apartment complex. She was easy to convince, and I told her I was going to be there so I'd lock up after my work was done. She believed me, fed Wednesday and left. I spent hours hiding those cameras and making sure they worked. Of course Jungkook helped."
