Tom 2007 continued*

"What happend??" Bill immediately asked me when i got in the car.

"Drive away from the house first" i told him.

We ended up going to the parking lot of a nearby grocery store.

"Tom talk to me. What happend?" He asked again.

i started crying again. "molly raped me" my voice shook. I knew if i were to tell anyone abt this. Bill would most definitely be the first.

bill looked at me in shock. he hugged me.

Later on (4 weeks) molly came by my house.

she knocked on my door. I was kind of recovering. as soon as i opened the door and i saw her i still remember how i let her do that to me.

I tried shutting the door. "Tom wait please just let me talk to you" she looked sad?

i made sure my body gaurds were in the same room as us so she wouldn't try anything

"about what i did to you. at the party. Im just going to say it. Yes i planned it. but i didnt plan this" she handed me something.

a positive pregnancy test.

"no." I covered my mouth.

"I fucking hate you molly!" I yelled.

I had to tell bill and my family.

I made sure molly took care of herself.

april, 12, 2006 ally was born.

i stayed in the hospital with molly. I didnt treat her like my friend or girlfriend. I did anything it took just to have a healthy child

"i dont want her tom. you can keep her." Molly said as i held ally.

"Thats fine" i smiled at ally.

Evies pov:
"tom iam so sorry"

He looked at me like he regretted telling me.

"i became a mafia boss just so i can release the anger ive held since that night. I never tried to kill molly. but someone i work with keeps pressuring me to kill her. i cant kill the mother of my child."

after a long talk. Mid way through tom just snapped out of being sensitive.

"ill take you home now Evie." tom said wiping his tears and turning on the car.

We got to my car "ill see you tomorrow. bye tom" i said getting out the car.

"okay have a goodnight" he gave me a faint smile before i shut the door.

Toms pov*
i drove off. my drive was going to be even longer since i had to pick up ally.

i can't believe i just told evie my story. My life fucking story. i was biting the inside of my cheek. i looked in the rear veiw mirror only to see a car behind me.

thats strange.

i turned a right. they also took a right. i took a left. they did the same.

iam a retired racer. i should know how to escape these people.

soon enough i started speeding. i slightly squinted my eyes looking in the mirror again to see they were speeding up to. i started taking more rights and lefts.

i soon sped to a dead end where i drifted around and our cars met.

a black car with a white line going all around the car.

the black jacks.

i got out the car and so did they.

"long time no see" alan said.

"what do you want?" i said shutting my door.

"i heard about your new girl. shes young and i have to admit, shes pretty beautiful to be riding along with a guy like you" he smirked at me as he shut his door as well.

"i dont see why that gives you any reason to be following me."

"oh yes it does. you know exactly what iam talking about Tom. you know what will happen to her." He sat on the front of his car staring at me.

"like always. you just stand there and not say anything or do anything about it. just like that night with molly" he teased.

i stared at him.

"you bring that night up one more time i swear to god this is the last time you see light of day." i threatened keeping eye contact with him.

"you know you wont do it. you're ridiculous. You think your so strong and yet you couldn't even fight off a girl! That's embarrassing" he laughed lighting a cigarette.

"youre such a fucking softie tom. you arent strong. youre a nobody" he shook his head staring at me.

"i dont care what you think iam or am not. leave me the fuck alone."

"or what? are you gonna say No? Oh wait. You cant even do that either" he smiled.

I grabbed my gun and shot him right in the shoulder.

"You fucking bitch!" He yelled in pain as he fell to the ground.

I walked over to him and covered his mouth.

"you yell for help and the next one will be down there. i warned you alan. you never fucking keep your mouth shut. the next time you joke or plan about rape i promise you it will be you next.Then we can see how funny it is while i laugh in your face when i find out." He stared at me with so much fear.

i pushed him to the ground before giving him a hard punch to the face.

he groaned in pain before i walked away and got in my car.

i drove off.
call*
mystery: 'alan is up next?'
tom: 'yea. hes wounded. have shawn go clean him up so he doesnt start whining about it to his girlfriend'
mystery: 'got it. shawns on his way'
tom: 'oh and also have shawn leave with back-up. i wont be surprised if any others came'
mystery: 'they are on their way. we'll talk to you tomorrow.'
end of call*

i had his blood on my hands. i wiped it off with hand sanitizer before picking ally up.

I knocked on my moms door before she anwsered.

"shes sleeping" She said opening the door.

ally was laying on the couch sleeeping with one of my hoodies i gave to her.
