Talent
Talent is a tricky thing—more a burden than a blessing. It's the initial spark that sets some apart, but it doesn't guarantee success. It's merely the start, a hint of what could be, if you're willing to put in the effort.
When I found myself in Frieza's body, I briefly worried that my potential might not match his. As I wasn't truly him, after all. But looking at my achievements now, those doubts have vanished. My talent is unmistakable. It took me just two tries to grasp Instant Transmission and only one to execute it flawlessly. The elder's shock was evident—most would need months to years to master it. Clearly, this display of ability has solidified my position as the universe's ruler in their hearts.
Still, I'm not entirely satisfied. Instant Transmission isn't like regular teleportation; it depends on sensing a person's Ki signature. In a universe where strong fighters are scarce, its practicality is limited. My visit to Planet Yardrat was not just to learn this technique, but I kept my deeper knowledge hidden. Revealing what I know about Spirit Fission and other techniques currently would be unwise. But it looks like I don't have to reveal it as he is revealing it for me
"Lord Frieza, would you like to learn more of our techniques? I would be very much pleased to teach you," the elder said, clearly excited.
Hearing that made me smirk a bit. Of course, this development wasn't the least bit shocking. After all who wouldn't be happy knowing their student is talented? So it was very much predictable that he would teach me the other techniques too, the more achievement I had the more achievement he would have. This is how a Student-Teacher relationship works.
"Of course, elder. I'd appreciate that greatly," I replied smoothly, keeping my true intentions carefully concealed.
The most important technique I need is Spirit Fission. It's crucial for dealing with threats like Buu and Moro, ensuring that I remain unaffected by any of their absorption powers. And also simultaneously deals with fusions. Mastering it is essential for maintaining control and eliminating any potential threats.
As I continue to learn and acquire new techniques, I remain focused on the end goal. Talent alone won't secure my position; it's the strategic use of that talent that will. With every skill I master, I reinforce my dominance and ensure that I stay at the top. Talent might set the stage, but true power is built through determination and careful planning.
What I am really worried is about the butterfly effects could my thoroughness and preparation actually combat against it? No do I even have to combat against it?
I mean let's be realistic here why am I only thinking it will work against me it could work in my favour too like how it just did. I should think about how to use it in my favour, Of Course, preparations have to be taken no matter how useless it may be. However, there's a question that has been bothering me for some time.
Am I the only one of my 'kind'?!
