"Hurry up! You're as slow as a turtle!" I yelled at my brother as he walked downstairs, holding his present for Kiki.
"I'm not slow!" He huffed. Our dad drove us to the train station and we took the train to Musutafu. Then, we walked all the way to Kiki's house. I knocked on the door because Arata's hands were full.
"Welcome. Come in." An older woman that resembled Kiki opened the door. I nodded and walked inside the house. Arata followed closely behind me.
"You can put the presents on that table over there." The light blue haired woman pointed at a small round table. There were already a few presents on the table. I placed the presents on the table, and Arata leaned his present against the wall next to the table.
'Sakura!' She ran over and hugged me. I giggled, hugging her back. She let go of me and turned to my brother.
'Hey, Arata.' She tucked a piece of her hair behind her ear.
'Hey, Kiary.' He smiled at her. They had a short hug and then headed to the living room.
"Meow," a muscular cat jumped onto the couch.
'That's tiger.' Kiki said. I nodded and pet the brown cat. More cats gathered around me. Kiki told me who was who. Arata leaned against the couch, listening intently.
Her mother called out to us. Kiki went and set the table. We all sat down for lunch. We all made conversation, eating the delicious food.
We hung out for a while before her mother and father walked out of the kitchen and signed happy birthday. Kiki blew out her candles, and we all gathered around the table. We all got a slice of cake and ate it. After we all ate cake, Kiki started opening her presents.
'Aww!' She pulled out the different shirts I got her. She made a noise of excitement and pulled out the figurines I bought her.
'Thank you!' She practically jumped around the dining room. I giggled. She smiled lovingly at Arata when she opened the present he got her. After the party, we said our goodbyes.
"Bye, Kiki!" I hugged her.
"Bye, Sakura!" She hugged me back. We stopped hugging, and she hugged Arata.
'Bye, beautiful.' He flirted. I rolled my eyes.
'Bye, handsome~' She winked at him. I tried not to gag.
At times like these... I wish I didn't know sign language.
