Losing a friend or partner isn't easy. Trust, betrayal, pain, heartache, anger, insecurities, low self esteem; all these are extremely overwhelming. You tend to question yourself, you wonder if you were the problem, you tend to think deep and ponder unnecessarily, u tend to breakdown, food even becomes a problem, sometimes it leads to loneliness and overall it just hurts.

All these are nothing you and I have never felt. I believe that writing and expressing your feelings serves as a way to open up about your grief and relieves you to some extent. It's also important to know that nothing last forever so losing a friend or a beloved partner along the way is completely natural and expected. But I believe it is up to you to determine how to deal with it and take care of yourself.
