Florence hadn't been doing too well. Ever since Walker told her he had a crush on another girl she had been sad. Very sad.
Walker was oblivious to the fact of course. Of course he was.
Oblivious to the fact that Flo had a crush on him, that didn't mean his own feelings weren't brewing.
Walker had realised it after talking to Lena. He had a crush on Flo. He had a big fat crush on Flo and was terrified of telling her.
So he told her he had a crush on a girl.
Stupid move, he knows, no need to yell at him dear readers.
And so Walker's plan begun.

Step One: invite her over to watch the eras tour. (he had watched too many tiktoks about people propsing during love story not to do this. And plus ot was Flo's favourite thing so it became his.)
Step Two: ask her out during love story with a sign that had the lyrics to in between on them (Flo needed to stop saying "when will i get my in between moment")
Step Three: When she says yes, (you see, Walker was delusional himself) take her on a date to her favourite place.
Step Four: get eras tour tickets (Leah would help)
Step Five: get a girlfriend, and stip being such an idiot.
