Demi's second day of class begins At the moment she entered the school, some kids went up to her and bullied her because she's a repeater. When she entered her classroom, her desk was a mess. Someone vandalized it and her name was written, they also created her a trashy nickname. On top of that, she found out that they
placed trash inside her locker. She felt devastated and wanted to take revenge.
No one wants to talk to her and she went to the office to get her desk replaced. Consequently, everyone was amazed when they knew that she was rich because at their school, you need to pay a huge amount to get your ruined desk replaced. One math class, she can't solve the problem, then there's one girl who suddenly appeared like she was really there and not a ghost anymore, offered to help her and wanted to be friends with her. They became closer and closer as the time went by. One time, at the school cafeteria, Demi noticed that her card was out of balance so it declined. But she recalled that she asked her father to refill it with money yesterday.
She kept swiping it and swiping it until a tall boy in the tenth grade paid for Demi's food using his own swipe card. Demi's new friend behind her named Stacey, was envious and can't accept the fact that her crush paid for Demi's food.
Yassi headed to the cafeteria after her long bio class. She was shocked to find Demi having lunch with someone.
Yassi ran at her full speed towards Demi
"Demi, how are you? and who is she?" "Hi Yassi, I'm good." "Yassi, this is Stacey" "Stacey, this is Yassi" "ok.." said by Yassi
Yassi was feeling envious because Demi already has a new friend, so she stayed silent while Stacey and Demi are enjoying their food while chatting. They all went to lunch together until the bell rangs.
Yassi's Pov: Why do I feel like something is not right.
After School hours the class has ended. When Demi and Stacey went out of their classroom, they immediately saw Yassi waiting. Yassi then convinced Demi to tell Stacey to stay away from them because Yassi doesn't feel good about Stacey. Demi doesn't know what Yassi is inferring to Stacey that she has an inadequate feeling but she then agreed. Yassi take demi home to make sure she's safe. When Demi got home, she instantly did her nonstop assignments, but she dozed off without finishing it all because she's pretty worn out.

The next morning, she panicked because she didn't finished her assignments. After she did that, she showered and got dressed right away. Demi might be late to school so while rushing, she was feeling dizzy and sweating. "Damn! who the fuck bumped in to me" Demi accidentally bumped into the group of haughty boys. The gang caused a scene in front of the school entrance. Luckily no one saw them nor heard it. Stacey saw it and ran to defend her. Demi fainted in an instant. Yassi arrived at school happily walking because she got the highest score on their exam yesterday and hoped she would get another high score. As she entered the school, Yassi saw a girl laying on the ground again. "Oh dear, someone fainted again!!" She noticed that it was her crush Demi, Yassi shouted at Stacey "Step aside!" she then carried her and gave Stacey a bad look because she thought Stacey didn't give her a hand. Stacey wonders why Yassi is mad at her While Yassi is annoyed because Stacey seems to be taking Demi away from her. Yassi found out that Demi has asthma. "I knew it" demi said Yassi told Demi to be careful at all times and not to run too fast.
"Hey Demi, let's go and buy your inhaler." "We can buy that tomorrow because I used all of my money earlier" "Demi, I always carry extra money to my pocket whenever I'm outside, so let's buy you that right now."
At the drugstore "Yassi, I want the blue inhaler" "alright! so blue it is" Demi then thanked Yassi for buying her inhaler. As usual Yassi take her home to her house. Yassi is overthinking and worrying about Demi. He notices that he is too stressed, weary and lacks sleep all the time.
Every school break, he passes by her room and brings her food. But the next day, he was about to give the food he made for Demi, however he saw Demi in their cafeteria talking to a man that gave her food and sat beside her for a couple of minutes.

She also saw Stacey behind them, vexed and jealous. It was the same boy who paid for Demi's food last time. Yassi realizes that the man likes Demi. After the man left, he sat down next to Demi and Stacey joins too. While eating, Demi saw chopped onions mixed in her food. Stacey really wanted to eat the food that his crush made for her, so Demi agreed to switch with her. Stacey's food looks appetizing. Yassi is so quiet and didn't even bother to talk. After they eat, Demi thanked Stacey for the food, so did Stacey. They heard Yassi muttering and both of them were concerned of her behaviour.
Their class is over, Yassi will accompany her home to make sure she is safe.

While walking, Demi's stomach suddenly hurts so they rush to her house immediately. Demi immediately went straight to their bathroom and screamed in pain. Her parents were so shocked that they knocked and asked if he was okay. She said that her stomach hurts maybe because of what she ate earlier at school. Demi remembered that she did exchange food with Stacey. Maybe that's the reason why her stomach hurts and she's wondering if the food she was fed has expired.
