Chapter 5- Apochronal

Once again Sl4sh found himself waiting for Fatal as he tried to find their new recruit. He held his hands behind his back, looking around, there wasn't much to look at. as they were on top of some building. You would think that their guy would be easier to find as they were literally on a small platform hundreds off feet in the sky. And yet he's been waiting for like 15 minutes.

Sl4sh looked out at the sky beyond. this search seemed to get more fruitless minute by minute. Even if they found the hedgehog he knew the way they settled things, and he knew he would be forced to participate. Sl4sh sighed starting to wish he sent Requital so that he could stay back. 

suddenly, beside Sl4sh Fatal looked up "He is here." Sl4sh rolled his eyes "Beyond time. In a place of perpetuation." Suddenly Sl4sh realized something "Wait. Who did you say this was?"

from behind the two, Sl4sh heard a voice that he dreaded, "皆さん、こんにちは!" (Greetings friends) as Majin started laughing, Sl4sh groaned out "Oh no, not the jester!" The blue hedgehog started singing, you know what. Sl4sh was going to have to join at some point, he jumped into the song, with Fatal not long behind.

they were in the middle of singing their notes when suddenly Majin started saying words which Sl4sh couldn't tell if he was being serious or if he was trying to piss him off. if he was then it was working. 

"My reach is endless, I gaze torwds infinity. I am the devil, and ain't no divinity. The crown roars, it cries and its encore. Yet they don't know what I really stand for. Misconception is part of my game. Most of them don't know that they use my name in vain. Maybe this endeavor will set things straight. And then the name Majin will carry it's weight."

Sl4sh was losing patience. It was clear that Majin thought of this as nothing but a game. he didn't understand how Fatal could just go along with this. He was sure that Fatal knew Majin was just toying with them. Majin looked at the two, and said "楽しみは無限大です" (The fun is infinite!) Before the three started falling. the hedgehog had pushed them off the building and didn't care he just kept singing. It seemed that Fatal had gone silent, so Sl4sh had no choice but to also continue.

Fatal looked over at sl4sh before stating "This is madness." But the way he looked at him made him realize Fatal was telling him to be patient. He could try, but how could he when the jester had been staring at Sl4sh the whole time just to anger him. Sl4sh sighed. All he needed to do was finish this and just stay away from the jester the rest of the time.

Fatal had joined back up in the song by now, and at this point they could see the ground coming closer, when suddenly a ring had engulfed them and they were back at the top of the building. Sl4sh grunted "Grah, enough with your games!" Fatal had also seemed to be getting tired with Majin, and the two of them started to get more aggressive while Majin didn't seem to care.

Sl4sh took over the song. Wanting this all to be over. he got closer to Majin, but paused when Fatal asked him, "Now now, why so impatient Sl4sh?" Sl4sh let Fatal take over for a bit before stating "Why did it have to be the clown?"

Fatal and sl4sh started to work together. finishing each others lines, and overpowering Majin. Fatal looked over at Sl4sh saying those few words Sl4sh had been waiting for, "Lets end this"

Majin laughed, knowing his game was soon to  be over, he made the last moments the hardest and most annoying parts of the song for Sl4sh.

The song was finally over, though that didn't mean Majin's tormenting was. Fatal looked over at Majin "Are you done yet?" and before Majin could answer Sl4sh spit out "Do you even speak our tongue?" Majin waved his arms around, "Ah, of course, of course! I speak Abc!"

Fatal ignored Majin's comment before asking him "We have played your game, now, will you play ours?" "huh?" Sl4sh cut in, getting straight to the point, he didn't want to spend more time than they already had. "What do you know of false gods?"

Majin's joking tone seemed to dissipate slightly. "I'm... guessing you lot are trying to take one down. Which is it? The lord? Needlemouse? Rewrite?" Fatal tried to tell him, but before he was able too, Majin cut him off "Wait! don't tell me. It's X, the original." Sl4sh sighed "...yes"

"Yeah, I think it's about time he was put in his place, I'll join you. Now tell me, have you ever used one of these rings to travel between programs?" Majin said, pulling out a gold ring

"Huh?" "what?"

"I'm joking, thats what we just did. Hold on to your quills!" Majin said before throwing one down, and the three fell down the hole. Fatal and Sl4sh yelled before Sl4sh said,

"Not again!"
