02. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐔𝐑

if you guys are dry readers this chapter im making the 5 vks betray auradon

the group of vks and aks were getting to know eachother and the "way of auradon" just so they knew what would cause trouble and what wouldnt. until ben realised most of the people from each group were pretty awkward about this whole situation

"okay! so, how about a tour!" ben proposed. nothing but silence, so he took that as a yes. "yeah? okay! come follow me!" he wandered off and everyone followed him. aaron at the back making sure nobody wandered off and matthew he was trying his best okay?

"so, welcome to auradon prep! originally built over 300 years ago and converted to a highschool by my father when he became king." ben stated, the group came to a stop at a statue of the king himself in human form.

CLAP CLAP

and within a blink of an eye the statue turned into a beast. to carlos this looked like a big dog, the ones his mother warned him about. he immediately let out the most high pitched scream ever and jumped into haisleys arms.

"carlos!" ben said turning to the boy who had jumped into haisleys arms "its okay, my father wanted the statue to morph from beast to man to remind us anything is possible"

"does he shed much?" mal asked, trying to make a joke

"yeah mom doesnt let him on the couch" ben said almost seriously as if he was telling the truth.

"anyway get off me freckles!!" haisley exclaimed. she didnt mind carlos jumping into her arms every now and again because he had a rough past with the school they attended in the isle, but everytime he did it felt like she has butterflies in her stomach.

"o-oh right sorry!!" he exclaimed apologetically then jumped down and stood there looking up at the statue in awe as the rest of the group walked off. he tried clapping twice but nothing work

"heyhey de vil! that only works for royals sadly! maybe it'll work for your friend evie? i mean her moms evil queen so it might work!!"matthew explained, he is like the most positive person on gods green earth "cmon! dont wanna loose bennyboo and that lot!"

and they both quickly caught up to the group

- THE DORMOTORIES -

"soo.. do you guys have alot of magic here? like wands and such?" mal asked, trying to figure out if fairy godmother would have her wand anywhere near her at all times

"yeah it exists but it's pretty much retired!" ben explained positively, glad mal was so intrested in magic "most of us here are ordinary mortals!"

"who just happen to be kings and queens?"haisley asked, it was confusing how magic was 'retired' when her mom relied on magic from rapunzels hair, maleficent relied on her sceptre and evil queen relied on her magic mirror.

"thats true! our royal blood goes back centuries!!" audrey exclaimed. to haisley and probably the rest of the vk's audrey seemed like a massive pick-me and stuck up. all she cares about was her royal title.

in the distance there was a boy, he was the one leading the band when the kids first arrived.

"doug! doug! come down real quick!"ben shouted, so doug was his name. doug came down the stairs of the dorm common room with a clipboard in his hand.

when he got down the vks all looked at each-other. apart from evie, her eyes were practically glued to this doug kid and she was about to drool in absolute love. mal and haisley found it gross. love wasn't really encouraged on the isle

"this is doug!" ben explained to the group "he's gonna help you with your class schedules and show you the rest of the dorms! i'll see you guys later and if you have any questions feel free to.."

"ask doug!" audrey interrupted. that sentence alone created a new theory, audrey doesn't want anyone near ben like AT ALL.

"or you could ask me and matthew! oh and ben also, everyone at auradon is always open to answer any queries you may have!" aaron stated, finishing audrey's sentence because he didn't want the vks hating him, matthew and ben.

then the group of aks walked off to go sort some royal stuff out whilst doug stayed.

"hey guys! im dopeys son. as in dopey, doc, bashful, happy, grumpy, sleep and.." doug paused as he saw evie. he had pretty much the same reaction as evie did when she first saw him "heigh-ho..!"

evie walked up to poor doug extremely flirtatiously, it was clear she liked him "evie, evil queens daughter." she sighed. she didn't want to break her mothers orders of marrying a prince but something about this guy just pulled her in.

"okay!" doug exclaimed as her started to explain the classes the vks had to take "so about your classes. i, uh, put in the requirements already... history of woodsmen and pirates, safety rules for the internet and remedial goodness 101"

"let me guess.." haisley paused "new class?"

"come on guys! lets find our dorms" mal offered, to the group. obviously mal being the leader of the group they all had to agree so they followed mal up the stairs to one side of the dorms block.

"oh! uh yeah, your dorms are that way guys!" doug exclaimed as the group ran down the stairs, "dopey,doc,bashful,happy,grumpy,sleepy, and..."

carlos and haisley came to a stop infront of doug and immediately had the same idea to say a random word.

"sneezy!!" they both exclaimed then ran off to catch up with the group.
