Who's gonna kiss the Red Haired Boy? (Ron Weasley x Y/n Black)

A few years Earlier....

"Minnie, do I really have to take her?" Severus grumpily asked to Minerva. "Please Severus, she won't do much harm. She's only 5. I'll give you some basic school work for you to do with her." Minnie pleaded, holding Y/n on her hip. Y/n was looking around the potions room with practical stars in her eyes, fascinated by all the little things in jars and lack of lights.

Severus sighed and put his arms out for Y/n. "Fine. You better take her immediately after my class is over, I won't have her damaging or distracting my classes for later. Since I have the 5th years first they should be concentrated.." Minerva handed Y/n over and hugged him almost instantly. "Thank you so much Severus." She smiled and left the room, leaving a little bag with him. Severus looked down at little Y/n and sighed, moving her towards the back of the room by his desk.

"So uhm, Y/n, what would you like to do first?" Severus questioned. Y/n rumbled through her bag, and pulled out a story book. Severus took a deep sigh and nodded, sitting on his chair and putting Y/n on his leg. "Hopefully this will put her to sleep.." He mumbled and started reading you the story, smiling slightly as he heard you giggle.

As Severuses first class came in, some covered there laughs as they saw Severus in a soft spot, reading Y/n her book. He immediately shut the book closed and put you on a stool. "Silence." He stared down at the 15 year olds. Majority of them gulped and went into the classroom and pulled out their books and cauldrons. Y/n sat there and tried to read her book. She got distracted as she looked up and listened to Severus teach, nosy about what they were learning.

A few minutes in, Y/n started to get hungry. She got up tugged on Severuses robes. He raised an eyebrow up and looked down. "Yes, Miss. Y/n?" He spoke softly. "I'm hungry." A few of the kids in the class went "Awww" but you just stared up at him. "I'm sorry, I don't have any snacks in here." Y/n started to whine, when a hand went up. "Professor Snape, sir, my little brother at home does this all the time. I have popcorn for emergency's. Y/n, excited as ever, ran over to the boy and hugged his leg before Severus could stop her. "Thank you! Mr- what's your name?" She asked. "My name, is Bill Weasley." Y/n smiled again and said "thank you!!" Not until being dragged away by Severus, going back into her corner.

About 6 years later...

It was a few days after Y/ns birthday. She was running down a long corridor, toy broomstick in hand, trying to throw a paper ball through a ring she had set up. But, as soon as she had thrown it, Minnie and Remus walked in, Remus getting hit with the crumpled piece of paper. "Uncle Moony!!" She said excitedly, running up and hugging him. "Hello Sunshine." Remus smiled down at her. "Oh my godric- I totally forgot to pack! I forgot you were coming today I-" Minnie interrupted her. "Y/n, sweetheart, we're taking you to Diagon Alley today. Since Remus needed to pick up a few things, he decided to follow us along." Remus smiled proudly and ruffled up your hair. "You should get changed Y/n." She looked down at her clothes and giggled nervously. She had forgotten she had spent practically the entire summer in her pajamas. She ran up to her room in her mother's office, changing quickly.

Y/n, Remus, and her mother were going through the process of a new witch or wizard, getting her a wand, robes, and a pet cat she named Dino. While in the pet store, she met a young boy named Nevillie and his Grandma. They talked about creatures for a solid 10 minutes until his Grandma pulled him away, saying they needed to get their shopping done. They both bid their goodbyes and promised to look for each other at Hogwarts.

Whilst they were walking around, Minnie heard 2 voices and instantly sighed and rubbed her forehead. "Freddie, is that Professor McGonagall?" A red head boy questioned, nudging his brother. "Why I believe so!! Professor McGonagall!!" The other red head boy yelled, going up to the 3. As Y/n held hands with her Uncle, almost trying to hide from the loud boys, a red head boy who looked slightly younger than them looked around and his eyes landed on her. They both smiled at each other and she swore she saw his cheeks turn a light pink. She giggled it off and looked up at Remus, who looked mad. He went down to her level and said with a calm smile, "No boys until your atleast 14 Y/n." She just giggled and hugged him. "I promise." She kept her fingers crossed behind his back, secretly hoping he didn't notice.

Heyyyyyy! End of this chapter!! Just a few sweet background things I just wanted to add in for craps and giggles. Most of the Snape part was just storied that helped me fall asleep. Anywho how are we liking it so far?

The next chapter will start Y/n in third year. Dun dun, duuuuuun!!
