I didn't want to make the description too long, so I'll continue it here.
Basically, it's just lore I made about Isabelle and her past. It's nothing too crazy (that's a lie), and I wanted to put it into a place where others can read it as well.
I'll try to keep the lore to a minimum since I'm pretty sure New Horizons is a kid based game. I'm not sure about Wild World or New Leaf.
