WHEN SAM TURNED to face the brother and sister, ethan stabbed her shoulder. "ding-ding-ding-ding! she's finally starting to get it." valentina and tara pushed down the mannequins and sam ran off. tara swung at ethan with the brick in her hand when he got close to her. valentina stood in front of sam, quinn's knife pointed directly at her.

"it wasn't until i saw that photograph of what'd you'd done to him that i knew. i knew you had to fucking die. you had to be punished for what you did."

"must have been a great parent if all three of your kids ended up murderers," valentina spat at bailey.

"shut your whore fucking mouth!" quinn pushed her and the three tried to run away, but quinn caught up to them, stabbing valentina in the stomach. she groaned and coughed, but tara and sam held her up.

ethan ran up behind them, and mumbled incoherent words to quinn who rolled her eyes and scoffed.

"have i been a perfect dad? no. have i maybe overindulged richie's love of these little movies? yeah, maybe. for me, they're just a little dark. but- richie really loved them. he loved them! he even made a few of his own. did you know?" everyone looked up at the screen when richie's face appeared.

"there's a very special bond between a father and his first son." at his words, valentina looked over at ethan, her hand still tightly held onto her stomach. she made eye contact with him and he almost looked...sorry?

"which is why i helped him build this collection."

"this was all his?" sam asked. "yes. he's a very passionate collector. and he inspired others. we had to kill those two wannabe film students because, well, we had to kill you first, sam. i put the theater in their name, then good old detective bailey would've just stumbled on it, but i didn't have to because, by golly, that gale weathers is one hell of a journalist."

"i built a tribute to my son. which is why this is where you have to die, sam. surrounded by all the things he loved the most."

"what happens next? after you're done with us you just disappear?" sam looked between the family.

"no! we got to hurry over to the hospital and make sure mindy and gale don't pull through." valentina and the two sisters looked at the bricks they all held in their hands. "because everybody dies, sam!" he pointed his gun at her. "everyone who had anything to do with the death of my son suffers and dies."

"now put on the mask." "he was..." sam sighed, "so pathetic." bailey scoffed, "that's not true."

"yeah, your son, he was a man-baby who made his girlfriend do all of the killing." "he was a strong, virile young man!"

"he was a limp-dick little fuck who cried before i slit his throat."

"shut the fuck up!" quinn ran towards sam but valentina hit the side of her head with the brick, but quinn's knife grazed her cheek, leaving a trail of blood. kirby shot at bailey and he fell onto the ground.

"come on!" sam and tara ran towards the ladder by the exit, but valentina ran towards where ethan had jumped on top of kirby.

she hit ethan with the brick and apologized to kirby as she took the knife out of her stomach. "fuck 'em up," kirby groaned.

"val, please," ethan dizzily stood up and pleaded. she ran over to him and repeatedly stabbed him in the shoulder while he fell back into the chairs behind them.

"val!" tara called.

valentina took the knife out of ethan's shoulder and grabbed the gun next to kirby. she passed the knife and gun to sam who tucked it in her pocket before helping her up the ladder. the three walked up the balcony, sam in front, tara in the middle, and valentina in the back.

valentina groaned and looked down at her shirt that was almost fully covered in blood. once she lifted it up, she could see her insides seeping out.

she winced and followed the sisters as the climbed onto the railing. "careful," sam said.

sam made it across and held tara's hands to get down. they reached out to help valentina down, but instead a gunshot pierced the air, and valentina was dangling off the side off the balcony.

bailey laughed as valentina shrieked. sam grabbed onto her hand and told her not to let go.

"sam, i can't hold on. i can't." valentina cried. "it's okay, val. it's okay, please."

ethan jumped up from underneath her and swung his knife in the air, just barely missing her.

"no!" the girls screamed. "i've always wanted to stick something in you, val!" "fuck you!" "fuck you!"

sam and tara both groaned as they tried to pull valentina up, but their attempt was unsuccessful. valentina yelled in pain as she felt more blood quickly sop out of her stomach.

she looked up between the sisters, then over at quinn who stood not far away from them. "you guys are so fucked now!" ethan called.

valentina and tara shared a look and tara nodded. "sam, let her go." "what?" sam's eyes widened. "let me go, sam. let me go." "no!"

"yeah, let her go, sam." ethan said. quinn dragged her knife against the railing, creating a screaching sound.

"trust us." tara looked at her sister. sam looked down at valentina who looked down at ethan. valentina quietly spoke to sam, "you have to let us go."

sam nodded and looked at the younger girl, who smiled as sam let go. when valentina landed, ethan's knife stabbed her in the stomach once again, and she groaned in pain while blood quickly filled her mouth.

both ethan and valentina looked down at the knife in her stomach with wide eyes. "no, no, no," ethan mumbled, hovering his hands over her stomach.

valentina watched his reaction in disbelief.

"val, please. i'm sorry, val. i'm so sorry," his eyes were still on her stomach. "i wasn't gonna let them hurt you. i told them not to hurt you, val."

"and then what? you were just gonna leave me here with my dead friends?" she dryly scoffed, blood leaving her lips.

"no, val. you and me, we were gonna be together. we were always gonna be together." he finally looked up at her pale face.

"ethan, i-"

"val, i'm so sorry. i was gonna protect you, val. i was supposed to protect you. i love you, i do. don't you love me, val?" val shook her head, "no, ethan. i don't."

"what?" he looked at her eyes.

valentina rolled her eyes before mustering up all the strength she had left. she pushed ethan onto the ground, then pulling his knife out of her stomach. she straddled herself ontop of him, and his eyes widened.

"no! no! val, please! i'm sorry!" he cried.

"you're not sorry, you're just stupid." she groaned, lifting the knife up, shoving it down his throat. his eyes widened as she twisted it, only satisfied once she heard a cracking sound. "now die a fucking virgin."

once ethan's muffled noises of agony stopped, valentina dropped to the floor, out of breath.

"at least..." she wheezed. "i didn't die a pussy."
