When Ash and Alice arrive in Castelia City, the representatives of the families are already assembled, waiting in a dimly lit room where the weight of the impending war hangs heavy in the air. Ash steps forward, his voice steady as he begins to explain the details of their strategy.

Aurora moves to the front, placing a large Pokémon World Map on the board. She points to the Alola Region, her tone analytical. "Alola has no centralized government, only the four militaries of each island. Their continuous infighting has left them weak. It's too late for them to unite and fight back."

Alice steps up next, her gaze sharp as she addresses the group. "In the Galar Region, Wishing Stars have been used for crimes because they were purchased from the Macro Cosmos Company. Now that Macro Cosmos is working with Team Alpha, we can use this to our advantage. We'll cut off their access to Wishing Stars and use them against them, destroying their ability to fight back."

Mark takes his turn, pointing to the Hoenn Region. "Hoenn's unpredictable weather is something we can exploit. The region is suffering from severe starvation, so our first move will be to attack their food storage. We'll weaken their morale by cutting off their supplies, then redistribute the food to the poor and those whose farmlands have been destroyed."

Golly steps forward, her voice calm but determined. "In the Johto Region, the army's vulnerability to females is a weakness we can exploit. I've been training with my mother for months for a secret mission, and it will be the deciding factor in our victory there."

Insey addresses the situation in Kalos, his tone measured. "In Kalos, they'll be forcing all able-bodied men to fight against us. However, these soldiers lack experience, and many of them are unwilling participants. The real challenge here is the potential for procrastination. It might take longer to end the war in Kalos."

Minami speaks next, her expression serious. "In the Kanto Region, the army might use drugs to enhance their Pokémon's power, and there's a possibility they'll deploy Shadow Pokémon, robots, and other experimental war equipment. We'll need to play it safe and identify the weaknesses of these weapons as quickly as possible."

Trenor steps forward, his voice resolute. "In the Paldea Region, to ensure the safety of its people and Pokémon, our battle will take place in Area Zero. We'll hold them captive until their leader is forced to enter the area herself, where we'll finish the job."

Adam addresses the Sinnoh Region, his tone confident. "Sinnoh's biggest mistake is confiscating weapons from foreign regions, leaving them with little experience in using them. They'll rely heavily on Sinnoh-native Pokémon, giving us an advantage because we know their strengths and weaknesses well."

Finally, Ash takes the floor, his presence commanding the room's attention. "In the Unova Region, we'll rally all our forces and launch a full-scale attack. Our goal is to end this war as quickly as possible, but we're prepared for whatever it takes."

The room falls silent as the weight of their plans settles in. The representatives nod in agreement, knowing that the path ahead is fraught with danger, but also determined to see their mission through to the end.

Reisa raises her hand, her curiosity piqued. "You mentioned that Arceus asked you to find Pokémon with the Arceus mark so you could capture them and have them help you, right? How are they going to fit into all of this?"

Ash smiles, a confident glint in his eye. "That's a good question. We're going to use them in what I'm calling the 'Alpha Barrage' with the Pokémon I've captured."

Giacomo nods, a smirk on his face. "So you're taking the Star Barrage and making it your own, huh?"

"Exactly," Ash replies, his tone appreciative. "Considering that all of the Team Star leaders, like you, come from families within Team Alpha, I have to say you've provided us with a great strategy. However, that strategy will only take us to the final pivotal point—charging the government building."
