" Star don't worry about that nigga, you tried calling him and he not answering." Star sighs now getting frustrated, Leonard was supposed to pick her up but he didn't once again and it was blowing her.
She knew for sure she was going to slap him when she see him. The door has got knocked on a few hours later and her best friend Amari had left the house earlier but she thought if he had forgotten something he was going to come back couple minutes later.
Star moved her hair away from her face fixing her crop white tank top on and her black one shorts on that was touching her upper thighs." Who is it?" She heard Leonard voice and she rolled her eyes opening her door a little . " what you want, g?" Star said making Leonard laugh but she wasn't laughing at all.
She was serious and it's crazy how he thinks it's funny."What's funny? I'm serious. What the fuck you want, gang?" Leonard grab her neck making her grab his wrist as she walked backwards with him walking forward. They stop which he felt was her chair.
"Stop fucking playing with me. I ain't yo fucking gang!" He said holding her neck, she pushed him away." Move! You always do this! You promise me then break it. Literally a DAY LATER!" Star said running upstairs crying slamming her room door laying faced down in her bed.
She cried not showing her face, she was so pissed. She thought he would at least have respect it no. He just don't understand her side of view. Star understands that LA a rapper and sell drugs and do many more but he couldn't forget about his girlfriend.
Really? Who forgets to take their girl somewhere? That you planned for to show her that you dearly loves her and respect everything she has done for you. Really?
Star heard footsteps as she cries even more, the door opened and closed back and she heard the footsteps getting closer and now someone has sat on her bed.
"Leave me alone! I don't want to be bother.." Star spoken up with sadness in her voice as she continues to cry. She promised herself not to cry over a boy no matter how hard life gets with that relationship ' DO NOT CRY OVER A BOY' yet this was the second time.
The first time she had got cheated on in front of the whole school. Her boyfriend kissed her best friend and her sister at the same time and a sex tape was leaked with her sister and her ex boyfriend.
Her and Leonard started talking a year after but started still couldn't trust anyone or anything. She don't have friends after that and it took her to trust Leonard a half of year because of her last relationship which was her first.
"I'm sorry, okay? Baby you know that I'm a busy person on top of that I have to put play ear down for my family make sure they are good. And my frien- fuck yo friends! They ain't shit. If JB and tay wasn't here I bet I would have opened yo eyes! Them niggas ain't shit but JB and tay all of them talk behind yo back. Them nigga ain't yo friend, B!" Leonard shook his head before getting up.
"I just don't understand why are you mad at me? I broke the promise, okay? We can do something else. I still come to your house, I still make you happy, I still by you things, I still check up on you, I still sleep with you, I still kiss you and bake and make dumb vlogs with you. I even walk with you to your school. And you mad at me over a promise?! Really star?" Star got quiet.
Leonard was right. He was still with her after everything. He treated her like his mother, he made her happy, her blues turn into something big and wonderful. He respects her even when they about to do it. He double ask her. Only thing Leonard is hard for him to do is keep a promise.
But he will always bring something out of the broke promise. There is no way , you can't say Leonard ain't do this or he ain't do that. Because that's lie, star is mad because he said they is going out to eat. He mess it and it broke her heart.
"But it's cool, because you not even paying attention to what I am saying but when it comes to you my eyes and hears completely on you. Bye." Leonard said walking out her room tuning downstairs and slammed the door after. She jumped up in fear.
She didn't like being alone. The last time she did was when she had got rape out of her sleep by a stranger. After that she been having PTSD from a lot do things, star ran downstairs opening her door going to Leonard car jumping into his set and sat on his lap crying holding him.
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." Star kept saying. She wasn't in the wrong but he wasn't either. It was a 50/50. Leonard sighs hugging her waist pecking her lips and face again and again and again.
"It's fine mama. We all learn from our mistakes but us two.. we will never be apart from each we, w both have each other. So guess what? I have another place to have something better than going out to eat." Leonard spoke smiling showing his deep beautiful dimples.
"Really?" He nods his head moving some of his dreads out the way. She smiled as she wipes her tears away before placing her in the passenger seat and left out the car going to her door closing it and locking it after.
Leonard got in the car and drove off. That whole night they been listening to 90s music and eating, having fun and enjoying each other company.
