Ever since the promise was made, the elements felt like somebody or something was watching them. It had a very eerie feeling, but it wasn't like a camera, more like an actual person, staring directly into them. Half of them lived on the top floors of their team houses, though. The only people that could reach that high were the flying characters. There are only four flying characters, Lightning and Cloudy have both agreed that they weren't spying on any of the elements at night, and Blackhole promised that he wasn't spying on them either. So that left one... Puffball.

None of the elements were in "Free Food" or even "Are You Okay", how were they supposed to ask her? That question stuck in their heads for a long time, too long even. The feeling just got worse every night, slowly becoming a headache. Of course, their close friends noticed, including Bubble. She was already worried about Lightning and Leafy, to begin with, this just made her worrying worse. Questions flew through her mind, like "What's going on?" "Are they okay?" "Are they always like this?" The questions did nothing but worsen her situation, she was getting more stressed by the second. Questions overflowed her mind, she would go to Lightning's room or maybe even give Leafy's team a visit, especially because she lived with "The Losers" more than "Beep" nowadays. And Firey, another element was also on "The Losers", but it was pretty late now, and when Bubble checked her bedside table alarm clock, it read: "10 p.m.". Everyone else had fallen asleep except her, so she decided to sleep, well at least try to.

In the morning, Bubble still had questions running in her mind, but she just ignored them. While Lightning was still in his dorm room, feeling dizzy and very tired. He didn't get a lot of sleep last night. Mostly because of the mysterious creature that was staring at him, he was awake for almost the whole night, he still had a terrible headache, but brushed it off. Well tried to, it hurt a lot, but he really couldn't do anything about it.

Bubble was planning on going to "The Losers" dorms to pay Leafy and Firey a visit, and slip in a few questions while she was at it. That would calm her thoughts down if they did answer in a non-problematic kind of way. Otherwise, she would be even more stressed and worried for them.

After Breakfast, she headed to "The Losers" dorms, planning on catching up with Leafy, and answering her hundreds of questions. She couldn't be more scared and nervous in her life, thoughts like "What if Leafy refuses to answer me?" "what do I do if they think I'm imagining things?" "what if Firey doesn't remember who I am? "what if Leafy still hates me?" "What if..." "What do I do if..." kept running in her thoughts, interrupting her whenever she tried to think of something else. Finally, she gained enough courage to ring the doorbell. Leafy answered the door because Leafy's "super nice". In reality, anyone else would warn you about her second personality, but Bubble thought she would be nice no matter what...That was what she did, she risked her life for everyone, maybe if everyone remembered what had happened, she wouldn't be so hated either by her teammates or by other characters. Leafy kindly asked Bubble, "Hey! How's it going on with your team?" Before Leafy continued, she noticed that Bubble was trembling like jello. Leafy curiously asked Bubble, "Hey Bubble? You good? Cause you don't look as happy as you were in the past.." Bubble was surprised that Leafy cared about her and even noticed her nervous stance. Bubble:" Oh yeah, I'm doing alright. It's just... Hey, can I ask you a question?" Leafy nodded her head and brought Bubble to her room.

Leafy closed her door in case the question was more on the personal side. Bubble: " A few days back, you told me about that "nightmare" right? I wanted to ask you about it. I'm just curious." Leafy answered her, "Oh okay, well first off it wasn't a nightma- ACK!" Leafy suddenly felt a sharp pain in her head, as if someone stabbed her there. She decided to continue with what she was saying, "Like I was saying, It was- OUCH!" Leafy screamed in agony, it felt like her head was stabbed not once but multiple times, she was sitting on the bed well before she answered Bubble. Bubble nervously said," I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you!" Leafy weakly said to her, "It's not your fault, it's t-t-the...Uhm..." She had to think of a way not to get hurt and tell Bubble about the "nightmare". After a while, she thought of a way to say it. Leafy:" It was the thing's fault! Someone or something's trying to stop me from saying the truth!" Leafy grabbed some painkillers off of her desk, swallowing a few to make the pain hurt a bit less. Bubble suddenly understood why Lightning seemed so dizzy. But she didn't know the reason or what they couldn't say. Somethings off... But it's definitely for the greater good. Right?
