Standing in the middle of nowhere, my eyes scan my surroundings. Hearing a familiar voice, I spin my head seeing a little girl walking towards me.
Is that me??
She walked right past me while singing her favorite song. 'Try Everything' from Zootopia.
Watching her, I realized a door now appeared and she(me) peeped through. Slowly walking to her, she looked at me and called me over. Standing over her at the door, we looked at our parents.
"That's me." The little girl spoke pointing to the exact replica of her standing beside my mom.
"Who are you?" I ask and she looked at me.
"Your sister." With that she disappeared and so did everything else.
"Pass me the scissor"
"On it"
"Check vitals!"
Turning towards the several voices, I see three nurses and a doctor surrogating someone. Walking towards them, I look down at the patient seeing my dad.
My dad??
They all disappeared too and I began panicking. I was now alone in the dark space, frantically trying to find a way out.
Screaming at the top of my lungs whilst crying, I soon heard some voices.
"Zai!"
"Wake up mama."
"Zai get up!"
"Ms.Dennis you're gonna have to wake up from it." ~ ~ My eyes shot open and I immediately began gasping for breath. Looking around me, I saw the girls along with a nurse standing over me.
London was in her scrubs(uniform)and raised my body up. I forgot she worked here.
"Hey mama. Sit up like this." She spoke while the other nurse adjusted the bed.
"Where's dad? London where's dad?"
"He's in the other room Zai. He's fine." Tey spoke softly.
"The boys are over there. Kamani is asking him some questions." She spoke with a familiar look and I knew it was a setup.
"Tey will explain what happened. I have to go for some stuff, I'll be back. Stacy come on." She said to me before addressing the other nurse.
"What happened?" I questioned Tey as she took a seat on the bed.
"Well your father had went to the house, that's Kamani's house, to check up on it since Mani had asked him to. When he went there, the security at the post had been acting off. Like hesitating to let him in, stuttering, etc. Now your father got out the car and let himself in through the gate and went up to the house. While he was going up, he saw a figure ran past the window and he immediately ran inside. When he went in, he walked to the living room and felt a hit to the back of his head and he fell. He looked up seeing two men before one of them shot him in his lower abdomen.Before he could reach for his gun, the men ran off along with the security and he had began to lose a lot of blood."
