It's been two weeks since Faye and linglings fight and since then lingling haven't been home, Faye realised what she had said in the moment of anger, her parents were angry at her for saying such a thing to lingling, the family tried to call lingling countless times but her phone has been off since that day,

After the fight Faye and freen both Decided to go and see if she was at her company and to their relief she was in her office, they requested to talk with lingling but the receptionist denied their request, they sigh in disappointment and headed back to their own work places,

The next day when everyone was getting ready to leave a black car pulled over in their drive way a man in a black suit walked out with a serious look on his face, he just walked in and straight to the living area where everyone was sitting,

"Good morning Mr&mrs.kwong" he said with a little smile on he's face all the kwongs greeted him,

"Mr.mark how are you and what brings you here" ask freen and shook hands with him,

"Well my client wanted me to" he said which confused everyone, they looked at mark with questioning look,

"Let me just fill you with a information" he said and everyone nodded, while looking at him

"Lingling has filed a partition agreement the house is under Faye kwong and lingling kwong's name and since she want what's her as separate without you guys in it the property agreement to divide the property equally through document verification. The partition deed should specify each person's share in the property, include relevant details of all parties and be registered at a sub-registrar office to be legal binding" he said and all the kwong's eyes wided in shock,

"What are you out of your mind why would she ask for such a thing" mr.kwong said with angry expression,

"Because she build this house and it's from her own money that she worked hard for and since you didn't give her any of your property or give her name in any, you even sent her away for ten years that shows you don't have any proof of rising her or supporting her financially, so yes she can claim what's hers and if needed she can ask you to leave the house as well but since Ms.faye owns the half of the mansion you can just agree to build a wall and separate the house in fifty - fifty" he said and Faye sat there with hands on her forehead the tension was so intense and everyone was quiet nobody dares to say anything

"Let us just talk to her before you start the procedure, she's just angry because of a little fight she had with her sister, let them talk first ok and I'm sure she really doesn't want to get separated from us" mrs.kwong said with pleading eyes but the lawyer shook he's head,

"I'm sorry Mrs.kwong but she has already filed the case and you guys have to attended the procedure at sub- register office, at 12 today" mr.mark said with an apologetic smile but faye's wife yoko shook her head,

"Sorry mr.mark but you can't just come here and ask for us to do anything like this, haven't you heard about a week ahead notice" yoko said and mr.mark nodded with a smile again,

"Yes I have heard that, but since the claim is made by the upper hand owner who owns 70 percent of this house but is still willing to let go of 20 percent and close the deal with 50-50, lingling has all the right" he said and show the documents to Faye, who took it with trembling hands,

"So that means the entire property will go into redevelopment and even the pen in this house will be seperated equally" yoko said and mr.mark nodded yoko sigh and glare at her wife,

"This is not good Faye, fuck the money or property but have you ever think about her living alone, she can't even cook simple noodles for herself living alone is out of the question" she said Faye looked down in shame,

"I just wanted her to understand the family, i didn't mean to hurt her like that, I was just angry" Faye said but Rebecca chuckled,

"But you still hit the right spot with your words, even if unintentionally you hurt her" Rebecca said to Faye and then turned to glare at freen who looked down as well,

"So what should we do Mr.mark" ask Mr.kwong, with sad look, he was a verge of crying,

"All you guys have to do is agree to the separation and after that some of the people from office would come here to separate everything equally, you just have to sign some documents at the registration office" he said and got up, he bow and pick he's things up before leaving,

"Now do one thing, keep your mouth shut and don't escalate the fight, you have already spoilt it a lot" yoko said and sat with her kids, Faye became very angry that she picked up the glass from the table and threw it down with force yoko flinched and pulled her kids a little away,

"Let's apologize to her, you know her temper, we can never handle her, whenever she gets angry, she becomes a walking devil and you knew that your words would hurt her but still you said all those things to her, what did you get by doing this, now if she wants to stay away from us then we should agree to it" yoko said and left the living room Rebecca did the same while only kwong sisters and their parents remain there,
