Lings pov

As we entered the hospital I was met with some strange and some scared faces all of the doctors and nurses were looking at me and my wife, i wasn't in the mood so I let it go like i didn't notice the stares,

"P'ling can we go meet my mother" orm ask and turned to direction of a VIP ward but i held her hand to stop her,

"Your mom's not here, she's recovering slowly so I sent her home with 2 nurses to look after her needs" orm's eyes wided at my statment she smile brightly,

"It means my mom's going to recover quickly" she ask and i nodded while kissing her head,

"Yes and i didn't tell you that because I was busy with work and it slipped of my mind but now that you know after the checkup we're going to meet your mother" i smile at her when she jumped and hug me tightly,

"Thank you p'ling" she said and kissed my cheek before blushes furiously, which made me chuckle at her,

"You can kiss me or do anything you want I'm all yours, you don't need to be shy" i told her and kissed her but was interrupted by a knock on the door,

I open the door just to see a male doctor coming in with equipments I frown at him because I didn't ask for a male doctor, I asked for a female one,

"Mr.smith what are you going here" i ask and he smile at me,

"Oh mrs.whitman was having her launch so I decided to come up instead, I can do the checkup for her" he said and I can see he's eye were on my wife, he stared her from up to down like she's some snacks,

"So can we start with the chech up" he ask but I shook my head,

"I ask Mrs.whiteman to do the check up, not you so please leave because I'm about to pluck your eyes out if you stare at my wife for another second" he's eyes wided at my statment and he quickly bow to me,

"I'm sorry ms.kwong I was just trying to help" he said but I just didn't like him a bit,

"I don't want your help, now get out" he bow and nodded before leaving i sigh when I felt sharp pain on my shoulder, i turned around just to see orm biting my shoulder,

"What's wrong" i ask and she just puker her lips out before suddenly walking towards the couch and laying there while calling my name in a baby voice, lingling kwong,

"What's wrong orm" I sat on the couch and started to massage her feet

"P'ling what if your parents don't love the baby like they love faye's and freen's kids" i sigh and shook my head,

"Doesn't matter to me, all I want is you to be loyal, love our kids and be a good girl that you are people can go fuck their selves, I don't care about what people thinks" I said when she sat up and frown at me,

"So you don't want me to work as well.?" she ask and I shook my head,

"I don't want you to work I earn enough for our future kids to live a luxurious life without working a day in their life so yes I won't allow you to work and you can stay home do whatever you want buy as much stuff as you like but at end off the day i want you home, you're my wife orm and I don't want you to work there's no room for arguments and i hate arguments" i warned her and i think she understood it very quickly, she nodded while looking down and didn't utter a word,

After a while the doctor comes and checked orm, she confirmed that orm was 3 weeks pregnant and was as healthy as a pregnant women should be,

But I can see orm was sulking because i said no to her for working,

"I want to work p'ling I've been dreaming of owning my own frozen food company i want to build it" she said and sigh at her,

"We'll think about it once we go home, for now let's give this good news to your mom" i dropped the subject because I know if I continue she's going to get what she wants by throwing tantrums and sulking,

In this little time of us together I know what kind of childish behaviour she has when she wants something,
