Why tf did it take me so long to wrote prologue like I know my grammar is crappy but I seriously can't even spell prologue 😭💀also I just found this in my old drafts so I thought why not publish it seeing as I don't have enough time to continue kick off right now
Oikawa had always been a high achiever. Since childhood he had been praised for being smart, good looking and talented overall.
Ever Since his first year at school his marks had been outstanding, shining brightly. He had had two bestfriends growing up Iwaizumi hajime, a boy who's mother had befriended his own mom while going through pregnancy and the too mothers had been quick to introduce the two boys too one and another resulting in a strong friendship that had only grown over the years, his other bestfriend was a boy named Akimitsu Takahashi, who he'd first met at the age of 3 in a nursery, the two immediately hit it of and thus that friendship formed,.
Now despite Oikawa getting along with both Iwaizumi and Takahashi, the other two boys didn't get along quite as well. It was not that they would start fighting or calling each other names they simply didn't find the other interesting.
However Oikawa paid no mind to that, and while Iwaizumi and takahashi didn't have much in common except for both being friends with Oikawa there was one thing that all three of them shared: a love for academics. All three of them would achieve top marks though Oikawa did outshine both of them a little more, yet that is not the point I'm trying to make. The point was that all three of them were incredibly smart, and maybe that was exactly what brought them together. The three became an inseparable trio glued together by Oikawa of course but we all no how that goes.
I mean it is fairly common knowledge that trios don't work out most of the time. The saying "there's always a duo in a trio" applied too most friendship groups including there's.
See while Oikawa and Takahashi got along splendid, there was no beating Oikawa and Iwaizumi. What ever one did the other simply had too do it too. Two peas in a pod.
But it had always been like that and nothing was ever gonna change about that... ..👀
A few notes to the story 1. Takahashi is an OC who's gonna play a big role so like pls remember him
2. In this au Kageyama is in the same class as Oikawa but a year younger him so like right at the beginning while Oikawa is 8 he's 7
3. It's gonna be gay later on so like if you're homophobic pls just get off my page ok???
