Time proceeded ahead paving way for a great change in Aryavrat through some lives. My life was a part of that change too, but the change took place behind the curtain of background story, far away from anyone's notice, let alone be recognised.
A new character had entered into my life, indirectly. She was none other than princess Draupadi, the fire born princess of Panchal. She was best friend of my bhratashri Krishn. He befriended with her from his side, and she too became his friend, all gladly.
After her birth, bhratashri had to visit her kingdom few times to meet her. I had a huge family, but bhratashri's presence held my happiness in a way that couldn't be compared and couldn't be comprehend even.
After a few days of princess Draupadi's birth her swyamvar (self marriage choice ceremony) was arranged through a competition of archery. Bhratashri and dau were about to attend that as Dwarka was invited for that occasion.
Bhratashri was seeming too happy to be assumed on part of a friend whose friend was going to get married. When I enquired about that he repeated the same reply that great change was about to take place through marriage of Panchal princess for greater good. I too didn't cross question over that.
Later it was found that princess Draupadi was won by prince Arjun, the third son of my aunt. He along with his brothers and mother was alive. They had been living in disguise as they didn't want to return Hastinapur to continue a life at there where they had no love for themselves.
Almost everyone was happy about the news untill next tragedy entered into the scenario. Aunt Kunti ordered her sons to divide princess Draupadi among themselves, unknowingly. As a result, she had to marry five of the brothers. .
Bhratashri explained about the boon asked by princess in her previous birth to Lord Shiva which created such a life for her. Then, she and her family accepted the destiny designed by herself.
My brothers went to Hastinapur along with aunt and her sons. I got to know about his friendship with prince Arjun. It was obvious for him to spend some time with his newly found friend.
In Dwarka, I used to miss my brothers even though my sisters in law were trying the best to divert my attention towards something good. They suggested me to start learning music, dance, new style of hand writing and other arts.
I agreed, and started learning those from them. All of them were too good in various arts. My learning time and practice session brought relief to my restlessness in my brothers' absence yet I couldn't stop missing them.
"Gudiya, when your brothers return you will have many things to surprise them," bhabhi maa (sister in law Revati) complimented me after I concluded practicing a musical note.
"If I could do so then credit would go to all of you. I am so lucky to have sisters in law like you all. Hadn't I have you all my sadness would have swallowed me for sure," my gaze expressed gratitude towards all the sisters in law of mine who were present near me.
"Don't think such, dear. Be optimistic always, because optimism is the opportunity itself," Rukmini bhabhi corrected me with a caring smile.
"They hadn't stayed away from me for such long time. What must be making them take such long time?" Sadness showed itself up on my face, all freely.
"It must be something good," Jambvati bhabhi tucked few strands of my hairs while consoling me.
"It must be something or someone who will contribute more in treasure of your possession," Satyabhama bhabhi was sounding mischievous and mysterious unlike bhratashri.
"Something or someone! What or who could it be?" Her statement compelled me to wonder about the upcoming for me.
"Wait for a little, my dear. No wait lasts long," she adviced noticing my thoughts were acquired by the possibilities of welcoming a new character in my life.
I too made my mind to welcome the surprise from my brothers, most probably from bhratashri since dau was too straight forward and simple to pull out any surprising adventure.
