 Mal speaking:

"Once upon a time, long, long ago... well, more like 20 years ago... Belle married her Beast in front of 6,000 of their closest personal friends. Big cake. Yeah, so instead of a honeymoon, Beast united all of the kingdoms and got himself elected king of the United States of Auradon. He rounded up all the villains and sidekicks... basically all the really interesting people... and he booted them off to the Isle of the Lost with a magical barrier to keep them there. This is my hood. No magic. No wi-fi. No way out. Or so I thought. Hang on, you're about to meet us. But first, this happened."

                                                                                       Y/N pov:

I was hanging out with Ben on our weekly tea party hang out. Me and Ben go way back. We first met when we were just toddlers. He was trying to impress Audrey with his "amazing" sword fighting skills, but nearly stabbed me with his wooden sword in the process. Then after that I guess we just became the worlds most iconic duo. I sipped on my tea as Ben blabbered on about some political stuff and pretended I was listening. Dude, the campus mutt, was there as well constantly jumping up and down on my lap, wanting some biscuits. "Wait." I told him as Ben changed the topic of what he was talking about.

"Anyway, Y/N, I was hoping to ask you something." He said, looking me in the eye.

I put Dude onto the ground, sipped my tea again and nodded. "Mhm, course."

"Uh...well." He began. "I've decided on my first official proclamation."

I beamed at him and poured myself some more tea. "That's amazing! What is it?"

He nervously bit his lip. "I've decided that the children on the Isle of the Lost be given a chance... to live here in Auradon." Ben told me, as I spat out my tea. "Every time I look out to the island, I feel like they've been abandoned."

"Ben, Ben, uh...I love you, as a friend obviously, and I will support every single stupid idea you think of, but are you sure about this?" I asked anxiously. "I mean, the children of our sworn enemies, living among us? Seriously?"

"We start out with a few at first, only the ones who need our help the most." Ben explained to me, as I bit into a small cake. "I've already chosen them."

"Oh, have you now?" I sighed. "Who are there parents?"

He nodded. "Jafar... Evil Queen... Maleficent-"

"Maleficent? Ben seriously?" I gasped knocking my tea cup over.

"Let me finish!" Ben sighed.

I shook my head. "Ben, are you serious, Maleficent is the worst villain in the land!"

"I know, I know but...their children are innocent. Don't you think they deserve a shot at a normal life?" Ben asked.

I sunk down in my chair and sighed. "I suppose."

Ben smiled. "Thank you. Anyway, you didn't let me finish. The last villain is-"

"There you are Benny-boo!" Audrey suddenly appeared, wrapping her arms around his neck. "Y/N." She glared.

"Audrey." I glared back. "Uh, I'll leave you to it, I guess." I stood up and grabbed my bag.

"Y/N wait!" Ben called out.

"See you tomorrow Ben!" I told him. "Come on, Dude." I said, walking back to my dorm.

Ugh, Audrey was a nightmare. I swear, she constantly thinks I'm trying to get with Ben, which I am not! At this point, they should just dump her on the Isle of the lost! What's worst, she's my literal roommate! Ben was also getting tired of her rudeness and arrogance, and there was no denying it.
