Time has passed and as time passed Entrapta and Hordak's attempts to recharge the night-colored heart crystal to free the child within its force field, but Wrong Hordak kept his promise and continued visiting the child's room and told her about the events that have been happening to Dryl and the Princess Alliance, the weddings of Glimmer & Bow, Adora & Catra, Mermista & Sea Hawk, and Perfuma & Scorpia, he even told the child about the arrivals of the children of the couples. After five years, Hordak caught Wrong Hordak talking to the child within the crystal.
Wrong Hordak: ...and now you possibly have four friends waiting for you your age if you awake from your slumber today-
Hordak: Brother, what are you doing?
Wrong Hordak turned to Hordak and greeted him with a smile.
Wrong Hordak: Greetings, Brother! I'm just informing my Niece of the events that have been happening in our lives since we took her in.
( Meanwhile with the child's mind )
The infant's mind was still in the strange pocket dimension in the crib of clouds, but when she heard Hordak's voice coming from the orb, a spark appeared in her eyes and her wings twitched a little.
The orb: ( Hordak's voice: ) " Niece "? Brother, you do realize that she might not hear you. ( Wrong Hordak's voice: ) I know, but if she can hear us, I wish for her to not be alone. It has been five years since we found her, what if she is confused or scared like we were when we were separated from the Hive mind?
After a few seconds of silence, a muffled sound and a muffled voice calling for Wrong Hordak was heard from the orb.
The orb: ( Wrong Hordak's voice: ) Coming, Miss Entrapta!
Small tears formed in the infant's gray eyes as she made small upset " eh " noises when she heard the sounds of Wrong Hordak leaving the room, but she then stopped when she heard Hordak's voice again.
The orb: ( Hordak's voice: ) Greetings, child. Though I don't fully understand why my brother feels that you might be able to hear him or me...but I suppose I should try to support it. Entrapta and I are still trying to find a way to free you from the crystal despite it being five years since you were discovered and brought into our care...
As the infant listened to Hordak's voice, she slowly reached out her hands to touch the orb, and the orb slowly lowered itself in her hands, causing the pocket dimension to begin glowing white.
( Back with Hordak and the waking world )
Hordak: ...but rest assured that we aren't going to-
Hordak was then interrupted by a flashing white light that filled the room and blinded his vision for a few seconds, and when the light faded away...he saw that the see-through crystal was gone and in its place on the ground was the night-colored heart crystal, the horse plush, and...the infant, who was looking up at him with her gray eyes.
Hordak: How...
Hordak then carefully picked the infant up, causing her blanket to fall off of her to reveal that she was wearing a light purple onesie with star patterns on it.
Hordak: How is this possible...? We didn't...
The infant made a small giggle before she reached her hands out to Hordak, and a gasp was heard behind them, causing Hordak to turn around to see Entrapta and Wrong Hordak standing in the doorway with shock expressions. Wrong Hordak then smiled happily as he went up to them and took the infant from Hordak out of joy, making the infant go into a small fit of giggles.
Wrong Hordak: Niece! You have awoken from your slumber!
As Wrong Hordak was holding the infant as she giggled, Entrapta went to Hordak and stood beside him as they watched the two.
Entrapta: How did you...
Hordak: I don't know, it just... happened without warning.
Entrapta: Maybe our theory about the crystal keeping her encased inside a crystal force field was incorrect?
Hordak: Maybe, but if it was...why did it keep her trapped?
Wrong Hordak: ( with an excited smile as he was holding the infant in her arms: ) That does not matter, what matters is that she has awoken from her slumber and she can now meet the others. I'm sure the rest of our brothers in the Princess Alliance will be overjoyed to hear that she has awoken and out of the crystal!
The infant coed in response as she grabbed onto Wrong Hordak's finger while Hordak and Entrapta glanced at each other with curious looks as they wondered what everyone's reaction to the news.
