My phone was being spammed with messages from a group chat reading "Detention Dickheads." I stared at my phone with a puzzled look on my face before opening it and realizing it was a new school group chat. Gabi was spamming the group chat with 'wake up' messages. Ali sent a message 5 minutes later, responding "stfu gabi," followed by a gif of two men kissing. I rolled my eyes and continued brushing my teeth. Today was the beginning of Junior Year in Sinclair High, I was surrounded by my clique of awesome and insanely stupid friends. I met my best friend Gabi back in 6th grade and we've been inseparable ever since. However for Ali and Luna.. yikes. Ali and Luna have been basically married since elementary school, and I give them kudos to that.

My phone began ringing. The screen read, "Incoming call from 'gay ali-en'." I picked up, and to my surprise I heard screaming and banging coming from the other end of the phone. "MY FUCKING BIKE WONT START." Ali was screaming. I sighed and laughed. "Do you need a ride?" I stared at my phone. "Please. Please..." Ali said with despair in their voice. I smiled and hung up.

I started my car and turned on the radio. Olivia Rodrigo was playing. Considering I forgot my aux cord and I was already gonna be late without picking Ali up, I succumbed to the modern music. Before I knew it, I arrived at poor, sad, desperate Ali's house. I kept the car locked and turned up the music playing just to mess with them a bit. "Please let me in, Bambi, I don't want to be late. PLEASE!" Ali was screaming. "I can't hear you!" I yelled and opened the door. Ali turned on the hard rock station and turned the volume all the way up. They opened the sun-roof and my long hair was blowing around the car. "Are we almost there?" Ali whined. They obviously missed Luna even though they probably saw each other last night. "I took a wrong turn.. oops." I said giggling and staring at the road. Ali turned towards me with a scowl and death in their eyes. "I'm kidding." I stared back.

We arrived at the school. Junior Year, I can't believe I'm not dead yet. Ali ran towards Luna and picked her up. I was physically cringing and looking around for Gabi. "Dumbasses. 9 O'clock." Luna said with a sarcastic tone. I turned my head to the left and there I saw the two dumbest and meanest people in the school. "Bambi! Can't find your dad?" Louis laughed and came up to me. "Haha. Hahahaha. Louis please pipe down." I scolded. Blake came up from behind him and waved. I waved back.
