[2] The Vengeful Player

If they were using their avatars, they would have lept over every obstacle that was in their way, but since they were in the real world, Izuku and Ochaco had to push past the crowd in the train station, and impatiently wait for the crosswalk to turn green. As fast as they could, they arrived at Central Hospital, the same place both of them had woken up from their years trapped in both games. They were about to go through the door when they noticed two other figures running towards it just like they were. One was a female that was slightly taller than Ochaco by a few inches with shoulder-lengthed blondish hair styled into thick dreadlocks and side-swept to her right. The other was a male who looked tall for his age, wore glasses and had short black hair. Though they both were running, the boy with black hair appeared to be running faster, like he was in a panic.

"Iida! Hatsune!" Izuku said calling out to both of them. Upon further look, both he and Ochaco stopped at the entrance when they noticed their attire. Mei Hatsume, the girl who was running beside the boy, had what looked like oil on her hands and face, and was wearing a plain black tank top with workshop coveralls tied around her waist. Judging by the pink short sleeve button-up shirt she was wearing over her tank top, they could assume she must have thrown it on upon hearing the news and didn't have time to untie the coveralls around her hips.

Tenya Iida, the boy with her, appears to have been wearing black pants, and a white long sleeve white button-up shirt. He too had oil on not just his fingers but his pants too for some reason, though his white shirt was clean. Best Izuku could tell without whatever they were doing, it resulted in him taking off his top shirt, leaving the rest of his body to get dirty.

Izuku wanted to see something, but judging by how fast Tenya running, he knew there was no stopping him at any moment now. As soon as they joined up with them, Izuku and Ochaco ran through the entrance with them. Upon entering the door, the receptionist at the desk recognized Izuku and greeted him.

"Oh hello, Izuku. If you're here to see your mom she's..."

She stopped midway when Tenya came in and placed both his hands on the desk hard, surprising the receptionist, while the other three panted hard like they just run from a wild animal.

"IIDA!!! WHERE'S IIDA?!" he shouted in between breaths, causing nearly everyone in the area to look at him and cause Izuku and Ochaco to freeze up in panic.

"Iida, shh!!! This is a Hospital, you could get us kicked out," Mei said placing both hands on each of his shoulders from behind to try and calm him down a little. She then looked at the receptionist and asked, "We're looking for Tensei Iida. My boyfriend here is his younger brother.

Though the receptionist was still shocked by his sweaty face and outburst, she pointed upwards and said, "Fifth floor, Room D. Your mother's already there too Izuku"

"Thank you, ma'am," Izuku said bowing his head, while Tenya wasted no time rushing to the elevator. Not wanting the elevator to close on them, they quickly matched his speed and entered the elevator with him.

It was absolutely quiet as the elevator went up. Tenya stood where the elevator buttons were with Mei on his left side following Ochaco and Izuku. Mei, who apparently felt the awkward atmosphere turned to Ochaco and asked, "So um, you two were on a date?"

"Y-Yeah," Ochaco responded eyeing Mei up and down. "And you?"

"Well we were supposed to, but I got so caught up in repairing my dad's car I forgot," she responded scratching her head in embarrassment. She then placed a hand on her cheek and said, "When Tenya came for me, instead of chewing me out for forgetting again, he took off his shirt and helped me finish it quicker"

"Aw, that's so sweet," Ochaco said looking at Tenya, who just stared at the elevator door with impatience written on his face. Mei's smile dropped from his ignorance and continued.
