Mykayla's POV
Mia and I entered In N' Out, and immediately ordered our food. We got our soda, found a booth around the corner, and sat there to wait for our food.
"So what do you want to tell me?" Mia asked. She completely took me off guard, and I nearly spit my soda.
"What?" I played dumb.
"Mykayla, if I didn't know you any better, I would think it's just random bonding time, but when you take me somewhere away from mom and dad, it means you have something serious to tell me."
"Fine, you win." I sighed. I went ahead, and told her all of my drama with Ryan, and how things have been with Evan.
"That son of a b***h." Michelle said. "How could he just think that out loud in front of you. Like, how is it even 'fun' to be with different people? I'm so disgusted."
"Yup." I replied.
"Missed me?" I felt someone sit next to me, and it had to be.... Ryan. 😒
I saw Mia shift as Aiden sat next to her. I felt so annoyed, and got up to leave.
"Awe babe don't be like that!" Ryan called out. I quickened my pace, and texted Mia so she can get the food.
Mia's POV
Aiden sat next to me, and I wasn't feeling so comfortable.
"Long time no see, Dimples."
"Good for you," I replied. Note the sarcasm.
"Why are you being like this with me?" I ignored him. "Are you PMSing?"
I scowled at him, and dumped my soda on him. I wanted to go get more, but Aiden was in the way.
"Excuse me," I said, and rolled my eyes.
"How about, no? You didn't say it nicely and you didn't tell me why you're mad."
"You know exactly why I'm mad, and I actually said excuse me. Now, move."
Aiden looked quite scared for a second, but then a stupid smirk was on his face. He gave me a look, and patted his lap. "You have to climb to get out."
I was going to scowl at him, when an idea popped into my head.
I put one leg over his, and pretended I was actually going over his lap. Then, I quickly got on the ground, and crawled out from there.
"If you didn't know, kids tend get out from the ground, so there was another way. Don't be offended, I just didn't like your way," I said.
"You're such a tease," he mumbled. I smirked and walked to get my soda.
I got my soda, and realized that I didn't know where to sit. There was the booth, but Aiden was there. I looked around, and the place was full.
Aiden waved at me, and I saw that he had food. I rolled my eyes, and went to the booth. It's only for your food,I thought.
I sat down, and Aiden grinned at me.
"Mia, nice to have you accompany me today," he said.
"Yeah, whatever. I want my food, and Mykayla's too."
"Oh yeah here it is." He got a a bag with a burger and fries, and then, he slid the tray to me. "I ordered food for my self, and well, your order was already placed."
"Thank you," I mumbled.
"Hey, listen, I'm sorry," Aiden said. "I didn't know what happened to me, but I shouldn't have done that.It was a total d**k move."
