Mia's POV
Today, all hell broke loose. To begin, Mykayla found out what happened, only Aiden hasn't. And once again, I'm not talking to Aiden anymore. Not only because Amanda and Cindy are being clingy as fudge with him, but because I just don't feel ready to face him, after knowing his feelings towards me were not so good.
Luckily, my parents never found out. Mykayla stayed god knows where, and Liam drove me home as soon as we woke up. By the time we got there, Mykayla was sound asleep in her room, and I had to explain everything to her, and I almost died when she screamed so loudly.
Today, it has been a week since it all happened, and life has been so boring this whole week. There has been absolutely no fun, and I've been bombarded with homework. Sure, Liam and I are officially a couple, but we've both been so focused on school.
"Hey Mia," said Aly. Oh, by the way, Aly and I have been getting along very well. In fact, we are now skipping with linked arms o our way to Health class. By the way, we are literally skipping with linked arms. We don't know why, we just felt like joking around. Some people were staring, especially the boys, and it was creepy. "Pull your shirt up," Aly whispered. Yeah, this v-neck was a horrible idea, but I couldn't find anything else, and Mykayla's closet isn't really my thing.
I pulled my shirt up, and I caught a glimpse of Aiden as he walked by. I saw that smirk, so I guess he saw what I did, and I rolled my eyes. Boys these days are just....UGH!
"Hey other half," Liam said. That's when my peace came. He quickly pecked me on the lips, and pulled me away from Aly.
"Hey, she's mine!" Aly pouted.
"Not anymore!" Liam shouted and ran, pulling me along with him.
"Where are we going?" I asked. "You do know we have health next, right?"
"Shh, just follow me." Liam said playfully.
"Kids! Go to class! One more time, and you'll get detention! Don't think I don't know who you guys are!" Said the hall monitor lady.
"Oh my gosh you are so bad ass, Liam!" I exclaimed sarcastically, and he shook his head. The lady stood there with and angry look, and then Liam pulled me towards class. "We have 45 seconds to get there, and it's two hallways away!" I said.
All of a sudden, Liam put me over his shoulder, and ran to class. When we got there, he put me down. I opened the door, only for the bell to ring as soon as Liam and I came in. The teacher wasn't there yet, so we went to our desks.
"Okay class!" Mrs. Carpenter said. "Today we are starting a partner project that will be due by the end of this month." The whole class groaned, but Liam and Aly exchanged looks with me. "AND! I will choose your parteners!" Liam looked at me, and wiped a fake tear.
I waited anxiously for the teacher to assign my partner. Aly had a partner, but Liam did and my fingers were crossed so that he was my partner. I looked at him, and he held up his crossed fingers. This guy will kill me with his cuteness overload.
"Okay so for my last ones, Liam and Cindy, and Aiden and Mia," Mrs. Carpenter said.
Wait, what? "Do you have something to say, Ms. Olsen?"
And I said that out loud. "No. Just that, umm don't you think that I'll work better if I have another partner?"
"Is there any issues with Mr. Watson?" Asked my teacher.
"Well no, but-"
"Then he's your partner." Mrs. Carpenter cut me off. "No ifs or buts about it. You need to work with different people, and you will work with Mr. Aiden."
"I would now like for all of you to gather around with your partners and start the project after I explain it. As you all know, you will all have to learn about parenting, you will be taking care of a baby. But it's not a real baby. It's a fake baby that is not electronic. Kind of like the ones that most of you girls played with when you were little. You will download an app on your phone, and it will ring every time you have to feed the baby or change it's diaper. Now I will need all of you to make a line so I can activate your app, and teach you how to use it."
This day could be worse, but I hate this. Like, why Aiden? I've been trying to avoid him for a reason!!
"Long time no see, Dimples," Aiden said from behind me.
"Yeah yeah good for you. Just let me write your name on the damn paper when I'm done with this project by myself." I said.
"But the father shouldn't leave the mother." He said. "I hate those kind of fathers, and I'm not like that. I wouldn't leave my baby's mother." We'll he was a bit uncomfortably close, but I mean who wasn't, we were in a stupid line for this stupid project.
+++++++++++++++++++++++
"So he's your partner now?" Mykayla asked laughing.
"Yes. Don't even mention it. It's a living nightmare."
"I know you are mad because he thought of you like that, and because he took advantage of me, but don't you see it? More time with him, means more time to get revenge."
I smirked in satisfaction, and I nodded. Then, Danielle came running towards us.
"Mia! Mia! You've got to see this!! It's soooo romantic!" She handed me a piece of paper, and it was from Liam to me. Just that, the sticker was abviously peeled off.
"Did you read this already," I said chuckling.
"I couldn't resist! It's just sooo cute!" Danielle gushed. "Read it, mija! What are you waiting for?!" I opened the note, and smiled.
Liam wanted me to go to the roof of the school. I ran up the stairs and got to the door of the roof.
When, I got there, I wanted to laugh so hard. There was 'do not cross' tape all over the roof. Liam was lying down and there was black tape all around it, and there was a sign that read : 'Mia, I'm dying to take you to homecoming!' Oh, and Liam was holding a bouquet of roses. A/N: the funny pic that will light up your imagination, is at the right or at the top.
Oh. My. Gosh. I totally forgot it was homecoming season. I guess he decided to ask me earlier. My mouth was hanging open. Yet, I wanted to burst into laughter.
"I'll go to homecoming with you, if you can relive and not die," I chuckled.
Liam sprung up, and gave me the roses. He pecked me quickly, and we left holding hands.
Like I said, Liam was the first one to start it all, cause as we walked through the hallway, homecoming proposals were happening. Whether it was fresh mans, sophomores, juniors, or seniors, they were happening.
