Izuku shut his eyes and when he woke up, he was in the emergency-room. His mother by his bedside, and Shoto in the back of the room.

"M-Mom?" Izuku stuttered out. He began looking around, his heart hitched a beat. Sweat began to run down his face, he started breathing... heavily.

No, no, no, no. This can't be happening! How did- who?

Shoto got up and paced over to Midoriya putting his hand on his. "Midoriya? Are you okay? Please, breathe. You're... alright now."

Izuku stared at him wide eyes, his mother had tears forming. Izuku was breathless, what could he say? Did they find out? Found out that... Bakugou was... beating him? They couldn't have- i-i-it would jeopardize his reputation? His... career.

"Oh, Izuku..." his mother spoke, "My sweet boy, everything is going to be okay, look... I know it's hard to speak out about things but-"

Shoto interrupted, "But that doesn't make it right to let Bakugou walk all over you like that! This... has gone... too far! Midoriya, what. were. you. thinking? You should've told someone, anyone! Even... me!" Shoto shouted.

This caught Izuku off guard. He's never seen his friend mad before, he was scared. Not of him, but for Bakugou. He had to do everything he could to make sure he didn't ruin his life. Izuku tried to make up something, tried to get up and say he was fine, but... Shoto and his mother wouldn't have it.

And that's when the pin finally dropped stirring up a sound. Shoto said he told the school. He also said he re-arranged his private class schedule to be able to go to his and watch over him.

It was a few days later, just a week before graduation. Izuku was back on his feet, with the exception that... he now had to have temporary-crutches due to a sprain on his left leg. He really tried to avoid it, he didn't want further evidence laced on Kachan, but... he couldn't really walk otherwise.

Shoto was with him like a hawk. He didn't want to leave his side. Izuku tried scouting to see if Bakugou was anywhere, but... he wasn't. Instead, he heard people whispering, glaring at Izuku, and most of all... Kirishima. Who was on the other end of the lockers, with his hair down. He looked, empty. Soulless. He looked over at Izuku and scowled. He walked off alone.

The usual girls that'd be around him now avoided him like the plague. Something was clearly wrong. And then, as if things couldn't get worse, the speakers announced that Izuku Midoriya needed to go to the principal's office. Midoriya insisted he should go alone, but Shoto wouldn't budge.

He walked him to the office and when that door opened, he started panicking-internally to see his worse nightmare: Kachan sitting in the chair. Principle Nezu instructed that he'd sit down. So, he went over and Kachan wouldn't even look at him. More so, he looked straight at Shoto.

"Look half-n-half! I know what you fucking did! don't think you'll-" Katsuki was cut off by the principle.

"Bakugou! I've instructed you to be quiet! As for you Shoto, you may take your leave. This is a . . . private matter."
