Billys in the police station

*Sidney sits in deweys office trying to process what happened she sits in a small town station. The bull pen is a little square room with
four desks and tonight--it's hopping. Cops everywhere*

*Sidney asks Dewey*
"Did u find my dad

*Dewey sighs*
"You're sure it was the Hilton?"

*Sidney nods yeah*
"At the airport.."

*Dewey nods no*
"He's not registered. Could he have gone to another hotel?"

*Sidney shrugs*
"I don't know...I guess"

*Dewey puts a hand on her shoulder*

"We'll find him, Sid. Don't worry."

*Sidney stares blankly, numb*

*Billy sits opposite Sheriff Burke. Next to Billy, sits his
father, Hank Loomis, an older version of Billy.*

*Billy stares at Sidney through the window*

*Sheriff Burke asks*
"What are you doing with a cellular
Telephone, son?"

*Billy sighs*
"Everyone's got one Sheriff...I didn't make those calls I swear"

*Hank is mad*
"Why don't u check the phone bill for christ sake call vital phone comp they got the records of every number dialed!"

*Sheriff says sarcastically*
"Thanks Hank we're on top of it! What was u doing over Sidneys house tonight?"

*Billy glares*
"I wanted to see her thats all."

*Sheriff Burke stares*
"And last night? Sidney said u crawled through a window last night too!"

*Hank is very suprised*
"You were out last night?"

*Billy stares*
"I watched TV for awhile but the I felt like going for a bike ride."

*Sheriff asks*
"Did u ride by Casey Beckers house"

*Billy sighs*
"No...no I didn't...Sheriff I didn't kill anybody..."

*Sheriff speaks*
"We're gonna have to keep you, Billy. The governor's got SBI, FBI, and god knows who else on their way down here."

*Billy fights tears.*

*Billy tears well up*
" This is crazy you know that. I didn't do it."

*Billy turns around to see Sidney tears in his eyes*
