The towering trees weep under the sky,
In an empty forest I travel by .
A gentle shower of rain makes me drenched,
As if it denotes my pain, I was so entrenched.
The clouds burst with light,
As the mist brings a chilling fright.
The wind echoes as faraway cries,
Are these tears welling up in my eyes?
The forest seems enormous and endless,
With each step, I am so lifeless.
I see my hopes slowly shatter,
But the rain makes me feel better.
