Second Chapter: A Taekook short fairytale

Hours later, a knock woke both and Jungkook opened the door, to see his hyungs all there, with big grins and food.

Shaking his head, he let them in, telling them to make themselves comfortable, he is taking care of his angel first.

And he did, with a warm bath, flower extracts, and soft kisses. By the time they were done, Jin has heated up the food and they all ate. Tae of course being teased by the others, especially Jimin, until Tae told him to look in the mirror. That shut Jimin up, his carefully hidden love bites fully on display when his shirt's top button came loose.

The days turned to weeks and then, a month after the bonding, Tae asked Jungkook if they could go to his parents. He hasn't been home in almost 4 years, and he wanted to share his adventures and his life with them.

Of course he agreed. Informing the others, they all decided to go as well, Jin and Namjoon, as well as Hobi and Yoongi have not been to the Black Forest and wanted to experience it as well.

It took 2 months to travel directly to the Black Forest.

On arriving, they immediately went to the house where Tae used to live. His parents were so happy to see him, excited to meet his bonded husband and all the others.

Looking at his Koo playing with the neighbour's 2-year-old baby, Tae felt a lump in his throat, he will never be able to give his Koo that. Sensing his angel's feelings, Jungkook immediately went to him, hugging him and kissing him.

"My angel, adoption is always an option, right? Think of all the little ones who don't have families and homes, think of how happy we can make their lives." Tae's grey eyes sparkled. "Adoption? You would want to Koo? You won't mind?" "No, my love, we can do that for sure"

They visited the children's home the next day. Tae was so nervous, he clutched Jungkook's hand tightly.

"My love, relax, everything will work out, I promise." Jungkook tried to calm his angel.

They walked in seeing all the friendly faces looking at them.

A little girl of about 4 came to Taehyung, standing in front of him. "You are so pretty" she said with a shy smile, then looking at Jungkook "you are so handsome" both men laughed at her shy compliments. Looking behind her, they saw a little boy, about 2 years old, clinching to the girl's dress, peaking at them behind her arm.

"My name is Yoo-in, and this is my brother Han-bin. I am almost 5 years old, and Binnie is 2." "Hello Yoo-in and Han-bin, my name is Jeon Jungkook, this is my husband, Jeon Taehyung. I am from Korma Glen; Taehyung is a Black Forest elf like you."

"Wow, you came far, Mrs Choi told us about other clans, and she said Korma Glen is far away, with lots of grass and flowers."

"Yes, it is far but beautiful. We came to visit Taehyung's parents who live here."

Her lips made a round "o".

The four of them sat on the grass outside, talking. Jungkook saw the glint in Tae's eyes as he chatted with the two. Binnie was very shy and struggled at first to speak, but soon, with his sisters help, he also babbled away in his own language.

When it was lunch time for the kids, Jungkook took Tae's hand and walked with him to sit under some trees.

"Angel, I see how you look at them, what do you think? Should we ask them if they want to become our children?"

"Will they like us, Koo? What if they don't want to be ours, what if I am not a good parent, what..."

Taking Tae's flushed cheeks in his palms, Jungkook kisses the soft pink mouth to shush his angel.

"My love, how can they not want to be ours, how can someone not love you. You will be an amazing parent. And we will learn together. Oh, and by the way, I saw Namjoon and Jin as well as Yoongi and Jimin here as well, so we will not be alone in walking this new future. I believe in you; I believe in us."

Tae looked at his handsome husband, seeing the truth of his words and he knew they would be able to do this. They have so much love to give.

He nodded, eyes shining.

They spoke to the two, who was excited and accepted the adoption with happiness.

In the week that followed, all procedures were done and the 7 friends, with 4 new additions were on the way back to Korma Glen.

Even though the road was long, it gave them all time to bond.

On reaching the house after 2 months, they immediately started decorating the two extra rooms for the kids and gave them chance to give their input as well.

The little family grew closer, though of course there were some teething problems, but with patience and love, they overcame it all.

On a sunny morning, the little family of four was standing next to a grave. Jungkook had told the kids about his first wife and their unborn baby.

The two children brought flowers and a soft toy, placing it on the grave.

"The toy is for you little baby and the flowers for your eomma. I hope you are happy for us to have appas, but we will not take your place. We love them very much and know our Kookie Appa will always love you too. We will make them happy; we promise."

Jungkook felt his eyes prick with tears, he was so blessed. Tae, seeing the emotions, hugged him tightly.

"They are happy for you Koo; they are happy you have your second chapter. They will always live in your heart, where they should. They are part of you."

Choking back a sob, Jungkook could just hug his love, kissing his forehead.

"Thank you, baby, for giving me your love, and our future. I love you so much"

The four walked away later, going to the Big House for Namjoon and Jin's little girl's birthday party, turning 8 was a milestone.

Sitting with all their friends, the kids playing, Jungkook felt at peace.

He came through the worst pain and found the light again, starting his second chapter, all thanks to a silver- haired elf with a heart made of gold and a joy for life.

And he smiled wide...
