A car drove along a country highway as the sun dipped below the horizon, eventually disappearing from sight. In its place, a vast darkness spread, with only the moonlight shining on the surroundings below.

With its headlights on, the car drove onward.

The car radio had been turned on along with the engine, and the weekly radio program "Welcome to Murkville" had started airing.

"Lightning never strikes the same place twice, unless you are the tallest object both times. Welcome to Murkville.

Greetings, dear listeners, to another segment of our weekly show where we share what's happened or happening around our ordinary town.

Do you use the weather forecast app? If so, it's time to get rid of it. Twice in one week, the weather has been predicted incorrectly. Yesterday night was predicted to have a clear sky with the moon hanging high and accompanied by sparkling stars. But instead of a clear sky, we were drenched by rain, which turned into a thunderstorm. Today, when it was supposed to be a bright sunny day, we can't even see the sun. It's covered by fog. If we can't trust the weather forecast, maybe it's time for the local weatherman to consider a career change.

Speaking of thunderstorms, one of our local residents, Pipaluk, had the unfortunate event of being caught by the wind. She was seen flying across the rainy night sky with her umbrella transformed into a makeshift parachute.

On to other stories. Kelly McGary, the local potato sack race winner from last year, has mysteriously gone missing since last night. Posters with photos of her have been circulating around town. Any news about her should be reported to the local police, who have already started searching for her.

Local police claim that a resident has found multiple glowing cubes hidden amongst the forest. What are these cubes, you may ask? They are described to be glowing amber-hued cubes emerging from the ground. The cubes were scattered across the terrain, their shapes perfectly defined with well-defined edges. They pulse gently, their inner light twisting and curling like roots seeking sustenance.

Now, a word from our sponsor.

Now back to our program.

With everything that's been happening, why don't you pop over to 'Moonlit Munchies', one of the finest eateries that opens when the moon rises at night. Come and taste the items on their menu. It's sure to leave a lasting aftertaste.

With nightlife disturbed last night, remember to come prepared for whatever the weather throws at you. Who knows what the weather will be later on. Will it rain? Will there be hail? Perhaps snow? No one knows.

The local soccer coach has entered our local soccer team's name for the regional tournament. The only problem is that there are no players on the team as of yet. If you possess any soccer skills or know how to kick a ball, please contact Coach Frank Manly as he is frantically looking for players for the team. Males and females of all ages are encouraged to try out for the team.

A quick reminder that the local talent show will be hosted this Saturday at the local park. All local residents are encouraged to sign up for the talent show. We would love to witness any hidden talent that you may possess, no matter how ridiculous it may seem.

Whoever claimed that they can't find our town on a map and therefore stated that our town doesn't exist has no idea how to read a map. How can you be living in this town if it doesn't exist? If you live here, then the town exists, and if the town exists, then it can be found on a map. Please use your common sense before making any claims.
