We were all done with our plates the waitress came and cleared off the table "Well dinner was excellent! I would come back again." Choi Eunji shared the room and returned to total silence "We came here to seal the deal with Hayden" Moretti started to speak I peered at Hayden who nodded his head in acknowledgment.

"We will explain how this is going to work, but first we would like to know if the Choi family knew about this agreement?" Astrid questioned as she stared at my grandparents "No, we didn't know about any agreement we were just called to come here if not my wife was going to be killed" Grandpa responded while having a straight face.

"Hayden had told us he had two daughters, in which in our agreement one of them had to marry one of my sons. Lewis is the next heir of the Italian Mafia meanwhile Asher will be his right hand as for Lewis he needs to keep his focus on the Mafia. Asher will need a wife to help with important things in which one of you will marry Asher." everything was too much to understand.

Mafia? Marriage? Asher? Lewis? I was out of space, tears started to pool in my eyes was this my faith? Moretti continued to speak "The agreement was to marry Asher, help him, obey him, support him, and bear his children."

My eyes widened and I glanced at my grandparents. This can't be, if marriage was just to support each other that would be much better, but having a sexual relationship with him, having to live as if we were truly in love something out of their minds.

"May I ask who will be the one to marry your son Asher?" My grandma spoke for the first time since dinner. "I have chosen my bride-to-be," Asher stated his deep rough voice echoed throughout the room. We all stood still we didn't move an inch the air was tense I felt suffocated I closed my eyes tightly and prepared for what they had to say.

"What if I don't want to marry you?" Adeline countered my eyes widening. Are you crazy Adi!!! It's the MAFIA!!! A low chuckle was heard I raised my head and saw Asher clenched his jaw and tighten his fist.

"Are you defying my word?" He growled Adi's tears rolled down her cheeks she was terrified at the thought of marrying someone from the mafia and not by love. She bowed her head and cried silently. "I stated that I had already taken my decision, and what made you think I would choose you? You can't even stop crying, You flinch every time I talk, You defy me, Why would I want someone like you" Asher harshly said to Adi.

The only thing I could do was lower my head Adi didn't stop her crying, and now everything came to me if it wasn't Adi then... Feeling overwhelmed all the emotions came to me. I...I... was going to be his bride-to-be. I blinked my eyes as fast as I could to not let the tears fall. "Choi Soojin Primrose, you are my bride-to-be" Asher's voice was full of authority I looked up to him, and I was staring at the Devil's face.

My grandma sobbed as she heard him. I looked at her and hated seeing her defeated, but I had to do this or I would lose her as Hayden had promised. "Well, the agreement has been sealed. When will I receive my money" Hayden spoke as if he hadn't sold his daughter.

"Soojin I am so happy for you and Asher! This marriage was such a great idea." Choi Eunji exclaimed she had a wide smile as if I had just won the lottery. She was never present in my life, she kept running away from the responsibility she decided to keep having fun and denying the reality.

"We will take our leave then, please contact us for the next step" My grandpa whispered. "We will contact you soon, please have a safe drive" Moretti and Astrid stood up as they shook their hands. Adi shook their hands and now I had to do the same I didn't feel any resentment towards them they weren't at fault.

As I shook Moretti's hand Astrid hugged me "I know it's difficult for you, but I promise we won't harm you. Welcome to the family De Luca Primrose" She smiled at me, and my lips quivered but tears didn't spill I bowed at them and left.
