We had arrived at the border, the trip had gone rather smoothly, with no sight of any dwarves. the thought that this had been the start of a war was hard to believe with how little we had seen. the rest of the army had soon caught up with the dragons and fairies and we set up camp after i sent some smaller fairies to scout farther ahead.

i walked into the large meeting tent where all of our army leaders and of course the kings and queen were waiting.

"Anything?" Alexander asked, looking worried.

"Nothing, it is as if a war is never going to happen." i answered. "i know it is only morning but it is quiet, i don't like it."

Alana spoke next. "what if this is a trap to draw us all here?"

we all looked at her. she stood from her seat. "We know he tried to control us once before, Alexandria has told us that already. but we do not have her here to protect us from it this time."

the tent rustled, a small fairy shaped like a dandelion fluff landed on my shoulder and spoke to me. "i have spotted Lexie. shes alone and walking this way."

"are you sure it is her?" i asked the fairy.

"i can feel her power." it said happily. "its her."

"which direction?" i asked.

"East." it sung.

i was the only one who could hear the fairies. i looked to my companions. "Its her." they all knew what i meant.

we all rushed out of the tent together and rushed to the east side of camp. there we saw her, dressed in her silver-white armor with the gold dragon on the breastplate, holding her twin swords that were normally kept in bow form. she was still far in the distance.

something wasn't quite right about her.

i stepped forward, Alexander put a hand on my shoulder. "look at her eyes." he said, handing me a small telescope.

i took it and looked, it was really her, but her eyes, they were blood red. the last time i saw her eyes like this was when her father had possessed her body.

i shivered, handing Thorne the telescope. "Its her alright. but what is happening here?" i said.

Thorne looked and handed it to Alana. He looked mad. "What did he do to her?"

Alana took a look, her face looking mad. "if i could guess, id say he drained her powers, and took over her mind. it is her but her powers are not as strong as they should be."

"that part is evident." Thorne said as we watched Alexandria almost stumble towards us. she had always been elegant with her movements, that part was gone.

"We wont be able to stop her even not at full strength." Alana said, handing the telescope back to Alexander.

"What should we do?" I asked looking to Alexander. "We cant kill her, we wont be able to restrain her."

Alexander looked to Alana. "did you bring it?" he asked her, a shake in his voice.

"i though we would never...." she reached into the satchel at her side, pulling out the same type of collar that Draus had put on her and held her prisoner with. a collar that stops her from using all magic.

i clenched my fists. "why do you have that?" i looked at Alexander. "you knew about this?"

"I asked her to always carry it with her incase Alexandria ever lost control of her powers." Alexander spoke calmly.

"She's your own sister!" i raised my voice. "you know what type of trauma that thing gave her. do you have any idea what putting that thing on her might do to her mind?"
